They messed up. Harsetti is an unfinished product. She doesn't have atk bar reduce or booster in her kit. So what if she move 1st? The 2nd to move is still the fastest unit geared. So easy skip.

I get her guranteed on my gurantee summon for mystic waiting for her to come out she will be good in pve and pvp not the passive.but the other stuff will be she cool. Don’t know if I should get her or wait for belian

Nah broken units will keep coming because SG needs that cheddar. At some point in the near future we will have put on the table fighting her.

Removing mechanics is interesting an all but removing the most important stat is dumb move and could have just remove 1-2 spd rolls from epic gear to fix that issue without losing its purpose

Is there a reason to assume her s2 doesnt set the units' cr bars based on their intended spd? She gets first turn cept vs zio and mlroana. I dont see the negatives of the s3 since she still gets turn 1. If it works as i assume it does, i reckon a tanky high eff res build is optimal. Maybe I'm missing something or misread but thats my take as an emp player.

Yes, spd rng if it's base spd Harsetti. If you make 310 spd Harsetti and all your units are naturally under 90% of that then yeah no problem

I think putting her at 230 so she doesnt mess up ur turn 2 playstyle too much is best amd also maybe having her on crown for chance to stun?

I think having 2 harsetti is good one against c lilias candy u can tune to ur team with crown and 1 for cleave where she is base speed and full dmg with fairytale

@@mchlwalden Most Legend players will have 2 harsetti, one at 124 and one at 310. Playing a 310 Harsetti and making the other team think she is 124 gives you a tremendous advantage.

I think ppl are seeing this the wrong way, you can play her in a way that doesn't harm your units, you can use her at like 200 speed and then have whatever you want to follow up that order at lower speed, you don't have to play her at base spd that will just harm you with the turn order rng, she's supposed to put the entire enemy team on the same spd level as yours, let's say they have debuffers and your harsetti is 200 spd, then all of their debuffers are 180 but your cleanser is 165 or 170, he comes right after and cleanses everything or pushes the team up, feels like this will need alot of testing

I think cleavers can still play 300 speed harsetti to guarantee to get unable to be counter and block debuff while keeping their speed tune

The thing is your hasetti will also boost the speed of the opponent unit to be equal to your unit. Then its just the matter of speed rng, unless SG address this problem and adjust her passive to only work at the start of the battle and not through out the battle

@@tuanthanhtruong7918 Harsetti won't boost the speed of slower units, her passive only states that it LIMITS the speed to 90% of hers, so if they are slower than 90% of her speed then they will stay at that speed.

her kit is too mediocre to fit in cleave, she's def meant for slow players

@@MoriyaSoku lets hope thats the case, still i dont know what will happen if two hasetti fight eachother. And then there are some devisive opinion about her passive among the community, some said that she will block cr even at the end of her turn, some says otherwise, and they are youtuber as well.

@@MoriyaSoku good point I hadn't noticed that, so she is a viable cleave unit. Still I expect every arena fight to become a 20min slug fest with base speed units.
