Harsha I have been following you from the Australian tour of 1991.. You are top notch being at the top in the crowd of former cricketers. And obviously IIM A grad after engineering and then taking this route would make you so unique. Like every great player has a bad day every one who works has a bad in office, I feel this is just a bad day in office for you, Reasons : 1) Shubman Gill - You got to consider performance in big tournaments how could you leave you Travis Head who was the MOM in semis and finals. And QDK 3/4 hunfreds in world cup 2)Rizwan - Terrific player and so gutsy but how can you leave out someone who played the best ODI knock ever and his bowling is so improved. Maxwell has to come in place of Rizwan or Markram. I would go with Markram. Klasen hasnt kept wickets so in the opening slot QDK has to play 3) Ravindra Jadeja - He was brilliant with te ball but his batting dipped big time. Not too many options though as allrounders so spin bowling allrounders. Miraz perfromed very well but you have Markram.Maxwell as the backup spinner who are offspinners so I would go with Marco Jansen, Fast bowlers will be Strac Smai and Bumrah. Yes Bumrah didnt play for the majority of the year. but his performance in WC was outstanding.

Some very surprising picks. Rizwan, Shaheen had below average years, inflated by performances against weaker opposition and runs/wickets when the result was a formality. Shaheen had very few Powerplay wickets in the WC too. His World Cup was encapsulated by picking 5 wickets after the bowling attack had already conceded 250/0 against Australia. I'd replace Gill with Head, Rizwan with Daryl Mitchell, Siraj with Bumrah, Shaheen with Coetzee. Hardik and Shoriful Islam just missed out because they didn't contribute much during the World Cup, in Hardik's case, due to reasons beyond his control.
