The first and second game are imho funny cause they seem to show the situation from the 2 sides. After watching the first game i begin to understand why Terrans can hate Protoss.(tough i get plenty of 2-3 rax proxy too but nvm). And the second game shows why we Protoss think Terrans are strong enough, its really so easy to die to those pushes..

in game 1 you did too many things, you got cyclone upgrade, turrets, and vikings. you don't need all 3. I think there is a couple ByuN games from last chance you can watch he holds voids with just cyclone marines. And the most popular response is to get only 1 cyclone into vikings and tanks. you just cant let your bunker die if you go this way.

As a 5k Terran. My biggest advice for TvT is to just accept that it's going to take 30mins. Stop trying to win so early. just control bases and contain. You throw away an insane amount of units early.

There's a TY TvP build that's mine drop into liberator harass into marine tank push, +3 racks @4:20ish. Keep mines alive and go back in with them, send in liberator, both timed with tank push. Hey, in the first game you were doing completely fine till you decided to "go" and ran in to his contain. Just keep dancing lock ons back and forth, and build up your viking count. If its tempests building up enough vikings to 2 shot tempests(1 volley gets their health low even if they shield up) will end the game. The fact that you were still mining with your natural was big for you.

It might look broken in the first game cheese, but used in macro game defensively it isnt that powerful. Once Terrans got tanks, they can shell it with 0 risk. And if overcharged you can just wait few second or snipe the battery , it dies very fast. Its Protoss only defense boost along with photon cannons, terrans got planetaries , scv mass repair, bunkers... I wouldnt mind tough if there was a way to just nerf a bit its offensive capabilities, in cheese scenarios.

@@ElectricalExistence you mean marines and vikings, which are quite usseles again biggers enemy units and you can pump them quick but need to move them to position, protos can just pop up army anywhere they have a pilon and zergs are fast on creep or even without creep. they are still faster then terrans.
