This once magnificent industrial site echoes the decline of the city. Liverpool's lost the middle classes and absolutely lacks an entrepreneurial class. Litter, decay, yobbish behaviour in the buses and stations. The Unruly, selfish, uncivic behaviour of so many, parents, siblings, etc is unparalelled. There is no civic pride in this once great city.
