Hey brands! This is NOT the time to go dark-your customers want (and need) to hear from you now more than ever. During this make or break time for brands, Professor Jill Avery and CEO of Edelman CEO Richard Edelman, share what consumers want from brands during the pandemic and what marketers can do to successfully connect and educate customers.

Thanks for the video! It was very interesting and insightful. I felt the video was oriented towards big brands, but what about small businesses? Do you have any material or insights to shed light on small businesses' market efforts during COVID crisis?

To help others is to help yourself. Sowing good seeds as cause would result in marvellous fruits as effect. Giving away little as cause would result in considerable in return.

I have been trying to find some good perspectives on how brands should communicate and this video has given by far the most insightful learning I've got. It's definitely easier for brands thay have existed prior to the crisis to restructure their communicatiom However, trying to launch newer products or completely new brands can be very challenging at times like this too. Would love to hear some thoughts around that.

I rinsed sinus /mouth with it for 3 days. P cR Negative test results later. May Expectorants reduce co v id congestion? Liste rine gargles works too?
