Hey Donald! Thanks for this latest video. This is one of the frequent worries that FD novices have. Hopefully this video puts that worry to rest for most folks. Have you figured out a way to ship to remote locations in Canada? USPS perhaps? I will want one of your hoses eventually because there is no other hose guaranteed to be correct for the HR fittings.

This is great - time consuming for sure - but - if you could show in a parallel screen - showings the heaters going on and off in conjunction with the vacuum ratios! Very difficult to do on a “live” process - but running a similar batch might show this as well. I can do this graphing after the run and I compare them that way

How long should the freezing cycle take? First real batch is almost 12hr in on prefrozen chicken.

If there is a brief power outage or a power flicker, is it normal for the mTors to really spike before it comes back down once the power returns? I read some comments on the FB page that said that is normal. Thank you for all of your information.

My heat test works fine but it doesn’t seem to work during the freeze. After 48 hours the food is still just frozen. Any tips?
