I use to ride back in 1985 and I had that model, with Perigrine 48’s with Shimano sealed 3 peace crank I ordered it from Japan I think and had it shipped crazy expensive this was back in 1986 give or take, I had DiaComp breaks it was a monster!

I bought on brand new in 87 got rid of the tuff 2s and coaster brake puy 48s on it blue and chrome turned it all chrome group 1 cranks loved it. Now i ride Intense mountain bikes

Sweet but yeah, IMO it needs MKS graphite pedals and a black dominator seat. Never was a fan of the Forklifters. Haro bars on all my Haros. Otherwise she’s purty 👌🏼

Awesome frame, the ACS Rotor is not worthy of this bike and it's 990 brakes. Odyssey Gyro all day long. Love the rest if the build 👍

Search for Haro Vintage Master, but those original L-shaped rear dropouts are a little rough, so you may prefer the modernized Haro Lineage Master.

I'm 46 and if I have my Haro Master from when I was 11ish, same top rails as this one but it had Skyway Tough 2 mags, and is coral or orange, is there a kid I can get just to replace all the cables and get the same hard plastic seat that I grew up with so I can rebuild it for my kid? It was ridden 2 years before being hung upside down in the garage during divorce moving... Now have it again, but somebody stole the seat

I would have gone with a gyro before the acs rotor. Always hated those things.

I was the opposite I could never get the brakes tight enough using a gyro

Sweet build. It looks great, and you did a great job. But.... there are so many things that don't make sense. You've got 80's aesthetics, mixed with 90's. Like, what is this supposed to be?? A late 80's build, or a mid 90's?? Anyway, like I said, it's still rad, and I'm not being a hater, but some of the choices are kinda odd, and don't line up for any certain era. But whatever, it's still a killer bike
