Masaru cara menangani pisangnya mungkin salah,kemungkinan anda memetik sebelum waktunya,menunggunya matang mungkin harus diletakkan diwadah tertutup seperti plastik

We had the same problem with our bananas going brown too quickly while others stayed green when we harvested them from our banana tree. Brown bananas are usually still good for banana bread or muffins though so I made some :)

because if you want bananas to ripe you should not hang them like this. Bananas emit ethylene gas that helps them to ripen faster, you should put them in the box to keep the gas in, and they will be ripe in days but not rotten.
In Indonesia sometimes people eat that unriped banana too, we make banana chips from that unriped one, slice it very thin and then deep fry it until it crisp, you can add any topping as you want, you can put a sugar powder, milk powder, cheese, salt, or caramel just like a caramel popcorn

In my hometown we boil green banana with red onion when it cook we add black pepper and a little bit of vinegar and olive oil. You can eat it with any type of meat whether it be chicken pork or fish. The leaf is used for cooking. When in the middle of making yellow rice we place a banana leaf in top of the rice while is softening and cooking so it can absolve the leaf taste. Tropical islander here xD more less puerto Rico is a tropical island after all
In the Philippines, we also utilize the peel and make 'Banana peel patties for a veggie burger :)'. I genuinely love how honest you are with your thoughts and opinion in your videos sir. Apart from being harvested too early, you may have tasted the sap :3 But green bananas are still somewhat bitter, and probably sour (that's my experience; all sour, no sweet)
Yes, in southeast asia we commonly use banana leaf as a plate or for wrap various food, but we dont eat the leaf tho 😅 when u wrap food (like rice, chicken, fish or even some dessert) with banana leaf, the smell is so good.
