Do you mean you bred your female dogs, now she has puppies and eats their poos? It's normal for a mother dog to clean her "nest" by eating her puppies poos. In order to make her stop, be vigilant to clean yourself the place as much as possible; if it's enough clean for her, she'll stop eating her puppies- poo.
