GI is in a era of his own, far past Latrell Mitchell. Multiple premiership winner captain for one of them breaking south Sydney’s drought. 263 NRL games with a total of 149 tries, 32 Origin appearances with 18 tries & 39 tests for Australia 32 tries. Greg Inglis highlight reels are immortal. He broke countless records during his time. I highly doubt there will NEVER be a player like GI again. Comparing GI and Latrell is like slapping rugby league across the face with a salmon.

I'm not defending Billy slater, but wouldn't Kurt Capewell do a better job as a back if needed, than Cobbo does as a forward , if needed. I'd always ride my luck with an edge foward on the bench, as opposed to an extra back

Such were the questions in game 1 when Cobbo was selected on the bench; nevertheless, it paid out huge dividend; of all the people such question coming from CP, just cool down, the coach knows what he is doing; remember we still have game 3, which I believe will be a decider, as game 2 is going to be won by Blues (just assuming).

Spot on Corey Parker, slater claims injury concerns and needs to work on some areas. The cowboys were on a 5 game losing streak Holmes played terrible in those lost., missed tackles and bad ball handling. Talk about hypocrisy, I admire Slater but time will tell in game 2 good luck QLD.

Cotter is a good player, but is no origin front rower. If NSW were the full 13men team, they would have tighten up the defence and we would have great difficulties. We might not be thus lucky this game. Need to get big bodies ij the front rows and Cotter to play loose forward, i.e. lock. Latrell is no constant threat; however he demands 2 defenders at all time, 3 men when were 10m from our try line, which thins out our defensive line. I think we loose this game, unless Cotter goes to lock forward and hangs around Latrells side of the feild.

I believe in Corry Parker. Billy picked a team that didn't play their hearts out. Too much conservative approach. The stage is set, and seeing Maroons this year being cheap like this, both First and second game, the tempo is gone. No agression, not standing up for each other, Looked like a disjointed team. Origin is the biggest arena, they just didn't bleed Maroons. Based on this, here is my Picks for QLD team for game 3. 1. Hammer 2. Coats 3. Gegai 4. Cobbo 5. Tualagi 6. Deaden 7. DCE 8. Funuaka 9. Hunt 10. Collins 11. Fifita 12. Nini 13. Carrigan 14. Holms 15. R. Cotta 16. J. Sua 17. Cristin Walch 18. Kofisi They should get the job done in all compartments. Highly decorated players for 21 centuries now are too fashionable to rub their nose in the mud. Until they are ready to put their body on the line, they must be considered esp going down really ready to punch Critions/ Litrillals . Corey Parker stop being a goose. Cobbo misses 20% of the tackles he tries to make. He let NSW through the defensive line 4 times in game one. He is injured. If not, Slatter, Lockyer and Walters are all liars. QLD have made one change, Capewell, who has played centre and back row in winning origin teams. Everyone else played in game one.

Only my opinion: Corey Parker! Get it straight, mate. Mitchell is nowhere near a GI conversation. Stop comparing and using GI. You're actually lowering GI's legacy to how Mitchell is playing now. It's ridiculous! Maybe one day, sure it's possible.. Only, IF or WHEN Mitchell develops and matures as a man/ human being, will it make a difference to his game.
