Billy would let his opinion do the talking when the boys run out on the MCG hallowed ground. The surface is hard and perfect for speed. I think if the Maroons can restrict the Blues from getting up to the half mark, then its going to be a oneway traffic. The blues can't afford losing a man like in game one. So our tactics will be very effective with 2 fullbacks ready to attack the lines from both sides. I know Latrell can only be on one side , maybe close to Luai for that short quick attack we so used to see from Latrell. Thank God we've got options & speed to burn !!!! So lets enjoy our game on Wednesday night with both sides have 13 on the field. Fair dinkum !!!🎉

Jake Trbojevic shouldn't be Captain or even in the squad. He was terrible in game 1 defensively (which he was picked for). Mitch Barnett or Keaon Koloamatangi should have been in the squad. I respect Jake as a person, he's a great bloke but he's too nice to be prop in origin. We need enforcers. As a blues supporter I don't understand why we keep shooting ourselves in the foot when there's so much great talent to choose from. Another selection blunder I also want to point out is leaving API Koroisau out of the team. Where will the points come from if the Dummy half is as predictable as Robson? Every defender knows his next play from dummy half unless there's a fast break or quick play the ball where he runs it. He can't match Grant or Hunt. Payne Haas has also been given enough chances. He has never played well for New South Wales and he's only selected based on what he does at clubland. If blues lose game 2 which I believe they will, these are the changes they need to make. Too many talented blokes being left out because we focus too much on club form rather than watching what an individual will contribute to help the team as a whole.
