@@idkanymore6341back in like 2021 someone was SA’d by someone in OTK, Maya accidentally got involved because she was with Mizkif at the time and as one of the few women who got involved people felt as if she played down and manipulated the victim by involving herself as someone in a position of power in that situation- which in turn protected a predator for a while . according to Maya’s statement on the topic, at the time the victim did not express that she was SA’d and downplayed it saying she was just made to be uncomfortable (which she later acknowledged as a SA) and Maya said she regrets how it was handled and hadn’t considered how it would have been intimidating to the victim to come forward properly with the power dynamics at play .
