I have had these for several weeks kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

Try to click on another video by another coach. When I saw the coach doing the workout with the knee over the toe. I immediately stop it, n choose Hasfit lower body workout again. Safety n not getting hurt our body is the first priority. I appreciate the Hasfit coaches do care to show us a proper n effective way in workout . 👍👍🙏🙏

LEGS BURNIN. Good burn, I didn't think I was going to make it thru this leg workout. I wanted to quit half way thru but I pushed thru it. Glad I did. Thank you Coach Kozak and Claudia for that much needed motivation. Will be back tomorrow for some more.😃💕🍒🍓🍒🍓💕

love LOVE Hasfit. It has been a godsend during the pandemic. I am 48 and a COPD patient, non smoker. I have been doing so well with these workouts, even better than at the gym! My breathing is better, and I feel more young and energized than I have felt for a very long time. Thank you guys for the great workouts and I hope they will always be available!

Thank you for these videos! They really make me sweat, which is good. I really appreciated how Claudia told us how much time and/or how many reps were left during each set. Knowing how much I have left to do really helps me to be able to zone into the workout more because I know how to pace myself for the remainder of the time. Please, keep doing that in subsequent workout videos. It makes a big difference to me!

I really appreciated in this workout that it switched between holding one or both dumbbells. My legs can cope with heavy weights, but my hands - not so much! My grip strength is improving, but s-l-o-w-l-y! So the single dumbbell moves gave my hands a bit of a break while still working my lower body. Thanks :-)

Summer Fitvids 30 minutes is usually shorter than the length most people workout everyday. Back when the gyms were open people went in for like 45-70 minutes.

Ya'll are fabulous!! You are my new favorite workout buddies! I have a request, could you do a rebounding workout? There aren't many out there and I have asked other instructors and they won't do it because they say not very many people own one. But I think that if people saw a workout using one , they would want to go buy one. They aren't expensive, although some can be, but they have sooo many health benefits! Incorporate them using weights would be awesome too! Love you guys! God bless you for what you do!!
