@@techboi_420 bro though it's a year late and hope you're healing well and can do this now but would highly recommend for others with knee rehab based exercises to do something far far easier and with much emphasis on assisted help as the leg(s) would be in no shape to be able to manage that much load after an injury/surgery!

I know this is an old vid but I did this one today for the first time! I have been doing your other 40 min dumbbell full body workout and love it so decided I would try this. Good Lord my legs were DEAD after! I had planned to do treadmill sprints after and uh yea that didn't happen! I walked 30 mins instead lol you guys are awesome! No gym membership needed as long as I have hasfit!

I love this workout. I do it at least 3 times a week when I'm able to. and y legs burn every time. sometimes I'm able to use realky heavy weight. and sometimes it a mixture of heavy medium to light weight and sometimes it has me so fatigued I have to use just body weight. I love your leg and butt workouts and your workouts all together. my legs and flutes are super are I g and nicely built by doung this workout. As a so how mom of 4 I love this workout and how its makes me feel so energized age I g heart rate up and o so fatigued after it..its absolutely the best. Thank you for always making me feel loved in the workouts motivated, encouraged and have helped me to keep going. Its been almost 2 years this June since my divorce and I just want to thank you Coach kozak and your wife Claudia for being my friends, my encouragement, helping me achieve my personal and phisical goals. I love how you always say there is no elevator to sucess you have to take the stairs. This has helped every day when I feel down or not worthy I know I am. I also know that it doesn't matter where I am in my physical goals or what weight in using I have to keep good form over all.

I have been doing this workout almost weekly with a 20 lb weight vest for months. I still have unmet goals for some exercises. Coach is right: It never gets easier, I just get a little better at it. Always try to increase weight whenever possible. My legs are on fire! Thanks for all you do!

Holy crap!!! I am not able to get to the gym bc I'm a mom of 3 with a husband who works out of state. Needless to say this is the best my body has felt in months since giving birth to my 3rd baby. My legs are burning like no other after this killer at home workout. Anyone who says they can't get in a good workout at home is lying to themselves. These workout release all those endorphins that I've been craving while cooped up pregnant. Thank you both for being so inspiring and original with your concepts and moves. I’ve been working with you guys for several years and this is one of the best ones that I like for butt and leg workout. My heart rate got up to 116 I’m 62 going on 63 I burned about like 250 cal on this one it does give me a wonderful workout. I wish you guys would post more of these. I really enjoy it when you use, the band the weights even if you were to include sliders or any other tool to make this work out more effective thank you for your dedication. God bless you and this is one of the few ones that I sweat usually I don’t sweat that easy.

I've never weighted this much in my entire life! I'm 400+. I've had issues with losing weight after my accident at work; I was just training in opening and closing the aircraft cargo door when all of a sudden, the wind was so strong it shook the belt loader and I slipped and fell on my back. My foot twisted when the belt loader moved. Ever since then, I find it hard to even walk 5-10 minutes without my lower back and foot hurting. It's even hard to take a breath because I'm so focused on making sure I don't step wrong. I've used every excuse possible. I'm closing up to my aunts and sisters graduation and I want to be able to attend without fear of being in pain or feeling like I'm dying. I guess what I'm tying to say is, thank you. Thank you for providing this for those who struggle to lose and want to do something at the comfort of our own home. I might of just started a few days ago and I've lost already 3 pounds with also clean eating. I'm doing the best I can. I've never bathed this much in sweat..EVER! Thank you both!

Since I've shifted to strictly muscle building only, so that I don't become so thin, I tried this for the first time and wow, I burned more than 500Calories. And because you were very consistent in cuing "weight back on the hips" or " hips forward, hips back," I feel that my muscle firing pattern has greatly improved. The evidence is that since I've been trying to follow these cues, I have not experienced back pains the way I used to, prior to HASFIT. Thank you very much!

I have beachbody on demand. and I find myself using your workouts more then that. They are easy to follow. no crazy moves that are to hard to do. just simple easy moves even most of the advance are easy to do. Thank you for always keeping both of you in the picture when having a modifier. its really helps. unlike other dvds are videos that gave a modifier and they only show the advanced pwrson.

I have been using several videos to work out at home and this is the first time that I did a video two times as I feel it is sooo effective. I couldnt walk for two days ;)) The coaches are great and I really felt that I was working out with them together in a gym. Their motivational talk is great not exaggerated but really efficient and at the right moments. Love this and I will be browsing through the other videos.

This is one the hardest leg workouts on Hasfit youtube, especially when you increase your weight regularly. The last 15 minutes always takes me over the edge. Love / hate relationship with this workout. P.S. Wait an hr or so after eating b4 you do this one. Nothing like nausea from blood shunting from GI tract to your legs. 🤢🤤😥

Best workout I've done with you guys....bloody loved it and my gluteus are screaming. my only gripe is that you didn't do a warm up or cool down so remember this is vitally important. When I started the workout, had to pause to do a warm-up which wasn't ideal.

This workout kicks my butt (literally!) every time I do it! I've done it 3 times now....leggs = dead EVERY TIME! Thanks HASfit!

thanks for the workout love your workouts i done insanity lost weight but gained some back came across your workouts and loved them first time found workouts that kick your butt standing up with weights your workouts help me lose again feel stronger started out with 8 pound weights then to 10 and 15 just started incorporating 20 pound love how yall can be funny while in pain doing workouts lol love how claudia lets you know threw workouts how many you have left
