hashboard repair: antminer Bitmain test fixture exploration

In this video we take a look at how to customize your antminer bitmain test fixture. If you don't have a serial port on it, or it is broken, I give a way to get the output anyway. In addition, we look at the output log closely, and then I demonstrate something that doesn't make sense. Chip 4 show bad, I replace chip 4, and it still shows it is not hashing until the test reaches level 4.

Hello my friend. I am from Iran and unfortunately my English is not good and I use a translator. I hope I can convey my meaning well. I watched your video till the end and I thank you for it. In t17 hashboards, the biggest failure is the cold solder ( non-sticking of the chip). In the first stage, when you took the test, chip 3 was weak, but because in the first test, the solder of the chips was heated and got a better connection, you got a better result in the next test. You replaced the chip and the result was the same, so your soldering was not good and you got the same result. Maybe it's because the voltage on that chip is bad. Anyway, I have a suggestion for you. It is better to choose the chip you are replacing from the side domain that has another mode and test it. I am waiting for your answer, thank you

I'm getting that same 'Socket connection failed: Connection refused' for the Hardware Version on my S15. There isn't a whole lot of information on how to fix it online; on the Kernel Log it says something along the lines of "reset hash board". I'm just totally at a loss for the past month and I can't figure it out. Please help if you see this!! would be greatly appreciated..

When I attempt ssh ip -l root, its giving me a port 22 related error like a locked ssh 22. sigh. Any thoughts?

I've heard some miner software locks out ssh. I thought that was the case with the test fixture. However, when I go to the web url of the ip address of the miner, and then manually set the password, it let me in. It could be in your case, it won't.
