the only ability that I TRULY have an actual problem with on league is Akali's shroud. an assassin should not have a cloud that they can just go in and out of that allows them to not be target-able by anyone without aoe abilities for a long time with a relatively small cooldown. Which also renders the point of having a tower completely useless. I think they should atleast raise the cooldown of the shroud or atleast make it so she doesn't instantly go back into the shroud after attacking so that there's a counter play to it. Riot tries to balance the game in a way that you have to pick a certain champion to counter another champion, but I think they should balance it so that every champion has a chance to outplay another champion if they're good enough.

Actually it would be too obvious : what they do instead is that in every game hash plays, they hack hash's jungler to blurr his minimap and hide the toplane. Thus, his jungler totally forget what is toplane.

Hecarim is definitely not a tank, and if you build him as a tank then you might as well play someone else. Even if you do build tank items on him, he has no ability which scales with those items aside from his passive, which isn't really a defensive buff, and his w, which doesnt change a whole lot anyway and scales with his damage. Hecarim is definitely a bruiser assassin. His job is to dive and kill someone in a small amount of time. A good Hecarim will always delete the enemy carry every team fight. That's what an assassin does.

What Hashinshin refuse to understand is simple: bruisers are made to STOMP adcs and mages if they are ahead. The only gatekeepers for bruisers are tanks/other bruisers. So they are extremely hard to balance, because if they are too strong they literally stomp the entire rest of game, with no counterplay.

I may be biased cuz low elo, but eve isn't that bad. Charm from stealth sucks, but you have a 2.5 second warning or whatever they put it at now.
