Every tank does like %health dmg and is rewarded much more for building tanky than bruisers for building damage or tanky. Why pick a champion that requires you to play decently when you can pick a tank that requires only a very basic understanding of the game and can do his job even if going 0/20 in lane

Nobody here really agrees with the way hashinshin wants things to be, but there are some problems that need to be adressed. And if bruisers are unhealthy then what are tanks ? Tanks are the embodiement of unhealthy gameplay right now. You think a cho gath running at you with 8k health and hitting you for almost 2k true damage isn't unhealthy ? A mundo running at you, barely able to be cc'd with insane health regen even if you reduce his healing ? And let's not even talk about ornn, gnarr, garen, tahm kench and maokai that are all very toxic in their own way. At least any bruiser running into you can be cc'd and killed.

How2Bruiser. Give them premidigation physical damage healing. Now they sustain against tanks, weakened by bramble yes, but not by any armor purchases. I think we should just change Conqueror to this -with reduced effectiveness for ranged users. Stack this with innate shred from like Wukong/Darius or Hybrid damage like Irelia and badaboom. This would make trinity force a lot better, idk how good for gamehealth that is lol.

yeah, top lane is ruled by lane bullies atm (kennen, pantheon, quinn) and there is no way a (camille, jax, fiora) can win vs those champs in masters or challenger... you just dont win.... Quinn needs to be gutted and thrown away again along with q nerfs to pantheon, you CANT FARM when someone picks pantheon top.... you actually CANT FARM, that isnt fun to play vs no healthy gameplay...

With damage items (first wrong statement) as I had double the items of his and if assassin can one shot while being really behind isnt that really bothering? Why do they need to really play well if they can do their job even without being fed or at least even? Maybe think before you write. People like you are the problem because you keep the "Well adc has no defensive stats so he should get blown up by whatever." But I think the game should be balanced so that if you are severly behind on assassin you cant one shot. (In higher divisions you can count on your support and sometimes others to peal but thats not where most league players are.) The new rune system means that you can one shot ADC with pretty much doran so even if you get 1 item (like duskblade) you can keep one shotting ADC because hes assassin. He goes 3 6 1 but still can one shot despite not doing much whole game but killing support. If thats fair than I came from differeng dimention I guess.

The main problem with tanks is that they need either alot of cc or a bit of damage (but not alot) to be even a threat to the enermy. A tank with nothing for the enermies to care about (cc or damage) can be ignored for the more important targets, like the adc or mages. This isnt like WoW or other mmos, where mobs need to attack the tank first (due to taunt). A tank with nothing for him to be a threat or stop enermies is basically just a training dumby who can be ignored. I feel like tanks should be more cc heavy than damage and have a lot of health and resistances. This leaves brusiers to be basically the damage equivalent. less cc but more damage. Balancing is hard, as you cant give bruisers the same amount of damage as adcs, since they have more health and resistances (and probably more mobility). but you need to give them enough to be able to be a threat. (jax, for example, has damage and is tanky enough to live a little awhile, and has enough mobility that they can get to the backline if not dealt with. Therefore, your team needs to deal with him.) a good tank champ is champs like nautilus who has enough cc to stop people from getting to his backline most of the time, while still not doing a lot of actual damage. The thing that's so bad for us top laners on lower elo is that we aren't good enough to just keep switching champs because they're strong in the meta, if you have 3 or 4 top laners that you only play and those 3 or 4 gets banned or are shit atm you just have to continue to tough it out and hope that they become useful again. Hashinshin's biggest issue is his bad understanding of the game. Every competitive game has balance issues: the bigger a game gets the harder it is to balance. Hashinshin is like a guy who started Hearthstone in 2014 and found a hunter deck he liked and climbed to legend with it, andexpansions come and go ever since and he complains daily about not being able to climb using the same old deck anymore. The meta changes and the player needs to adapt to it or go play casual where people dont go for the OP picks and they have a chance to keep up. It's the same thing in anything competitive - in the soccer world cup the players roll around from the slightest touch cause they can and it works and they wanna win. Is it fun for anyone? No. But its allowed so they do it. But in a casual, friendly game people wont do that shit cause they dont care about abusing the rules for an advantage, they wanna have fun. TL;DR: Hadhinshin needs to either learn more about the game and pick up more champs to keep up with the ranked metas, or go over to unranked and chill with his same Jax build every game ever where it doesn't matter.

Tanks didnt kill off toplane carries Adcs and mages Getting more damage and on lower cooldown killed Bruisers because bruisers never got cooldown buffs because they would just be Assassins. Both Fighters and Tanks had to then Stop buying damage to get more defense and Because every Fighter was built as a tank Riot nerfed tank builds so that both got squishier. Bot lane didnt lose Graves Graves being better in Jungle made adcs not pick him because he was considered stronger in the jungle.

I agree with you about riot being afraid to change the game and that league will eventually die if they keep up not making big changes, however for a lot of people big changes are scary I mean look at the outcry from the aatrox players when he got changed and that was small in the grand scheme of things. Changing a game in a massive way is far too risky as if they changed something many people likes then how many would leave the game. Tanks should be the final boss of a dungeon or big quest. They have some damage, decent CC, but however takes a long time to kill. Not like Mundo, or Volibear that are tanky as hell and deal way too much damage and Vayne should never 3 hit tanks and kill them. Sure true damage and all that, but that makes it stupid for tanks.

Its not whether or not they can go into the jungle, its about being pushed OUT of the lane they're supposed to be in and forced into the jungle as the only real spot to play them. Xin, Shyvana, Warwick, Hecarim, Jarvan, etc are only played in the jungle now because thats the only spot where they make sense. Kaisa, Quinn, Vayne, and Twitch have never been in a spot where they are at a bigger disadvantage for going into bot lane instead of being a jungler. Urgot is not an adc, idk where you got that idea from.

atrox wasnt an anomaly, he was so overbuffed that he was able to dive a full health darius who has a significant lead of 30 cs and a solo kill with his jgler. He was the best example of terrible design that canot be viable without being busted, but the new aatrox has the same design problems but a more fancy kit.

Hasninshin needs to understand that every meta and patch will have superior champions, strong champions, mediocre champions and weak champions. The cycle will never stop, it will just keep changing in terms of which champion falls into which category. That's how the game stays fresh and it doesn't become boring. Strength will keep going up and down for each champion.

The only thing I want to add is this: Aatrox isn't really a bruiser anymore. He's probably somewhere between an assassin and a bruiser. Bruisers usually have decent survivability, Aatrox really doesn't. Bruisers have the option to go tanky and still do at least ok, Aatrox doesn't. He can get Spirit Visage, and that's where he ends. So even the "anomaly", who can also be explained by being a new champion and therefore being overstatted, fits in Riot's "Bruisers need to die." mentality. Because I'd bet that he gets nerfed soon, and that they nerf his E, and push him into more of an assassin.

Aatrox has too slow of a ramp-time to be an assassin. He is a Bruiser through and through. If he itemizes properly, his kit will keep him sustained enough without needing to go into 5 tank items. The problem with him is that all his sustain comes off Death's Dance, which gives him no bonus health whatsoever. He relies too heavily on landing his Q in order to heal up with Death's Dance to the point where if he's crowd controlled during his Q he'll die before he gets a chance to regain health.

These are some great points.... Look at Zed... As an assasin that deals WAAAY TOO MUCH DAMAGE.... but has way too much counterplay..... Zed is a champion that can litteraly E aa an adc and they would die.... There was even time when Zed could just R E and return to his shadow and watch the adc die from his ult.... And that's unhealthy... So what did they do?? Did they nerf his damage to make him still okay to play but harder to pull of? NO THEY DIDN'T They just made it so that half of League champions counter his ult and that he can't ever catch anybody... They have bot Soraka... GG you can never ult kill somebody cause of the silence They have bot Xayah.... GG it's so nice that she has that op invincibility untargetable ult that counts as an escape after which she can just root you and kill you.... They have Fiora.... PARRY GG They have Vladimir.... POOL GG They have Ekko.... ULT GG and many more Champions that Zed was supposed to beat, he can't beat now cause they just shit on him with their op damage and survivability... And his counters ofc are his counters.... I am not mad that Lissandra can destroy Zed with her ult... I am not even that mad at Vladimir cause he is kinda a great counter.... But half of the champions just render Zed useless by having some type of hard cc or ult cancel.... In the end he just sucks at doing what he does best and that is taking one champion out quickly and escaping... All the while Rengar is allowed to do that with no counterplay or anything.... Just jump out of stealth and kill somebody immediatly.... No counterplay at all....

I usually disagree with hashinshin mostly but this time I can't argue against what he is saying. Patch Notes and other evidence ... Hell I used to be an adc main but I recently stoped playing the role not because "OMG I'm WEAK AF PLEASE BUFF THE ADC'S RIOT-SENPAI!" but that just because they changed how adc's work and that isn't the class I wanted play. Used to Main Jhin and played JInx and Cait when I couldn't play Jhin. But back to what hashinshin was saying. It's like every time I see a nerf I'm just siting here like "I don't remember having this problem with x chamion, It wasn;t necessary the damage but lack of ability to do something since it was either really easy to land or point and click cc" Rip the game. I will probably play it till end of times or they just make one massive changes that just drives me away or I find new game to play.

Bruisers are abused by Riot and I see that from fucking botlane. I don't recall my single game (I'm an adc main) where a bruiser Bot was of any threat. But tanks? Mages? Fuck those guys. When your gameplan is to be literally too tanky to die or to press 2 fucking buttons to kill the entire enemy team (hello, Vlad), this shit just should not exist. Bruiser can be outplayed. Adc trades all the rurvivability for damage. Everyone has a weakness. Except for god damn tanks. And some mages clasiffied as "drain tanks", also really fucking fun gameplay. Ever laned bot vs Swain? I'll lane vs Yas/Irelia/Jax/Camille anyday instead of this bullshit.
