And even though only bad humans go to hell, still they could be traumatized by something and started to do shit like use drugs and etc. Both ,humans what become demons can be cured to become human again and real demons can be redempted to go to heaven. There literally no difference in hell demons and demon slayer demons expect what hell ones much stronger + they ain't controlled by anyone (expect for the ones who's under contract or Lucifer needed some demons to do something)

We don't know exactly what happens to the souls yet but, in demon slayer they kill man eating demons who sometimes didn't have the choice of becoming such a thing. Hazbin kills souls.
