I've always loved these things, the thought of people fearing mutants so much as to validate something like the Sentinels is so provocative. I really love the damaged elements as well. Makes him really feel like the embodiment of unrelenting hatred. (It's too bad whoever was budgeting the engineering on this figure didn't have a similar enthusiasm for them)

Most people were able to significantly strengthen the knee joints by tightening the screw thats under the gray/silver cap. Thankfully Robo on the youtube channel FWOOSH figured that out quickly and posted a video about it.

I'm so jealous! Looks awesome! Unfortunately I missed the preorder due to family medical issues, so I'm saving up incase I find one. I was wondering if the wire that sticks up, on the battle damaged head, could be used as a peg for a figure? That would be genius if you could peg a Wolverine or Colossus to the top of his head. I was questioning this being worth 350 even before the knee joint and articulation problems...compared to something like hot toys where you get much higher quality materials and finish (die cast etc) I dont think it's that nice. At the end of the day this is just a sparsely painted hunk of plastic. I still bought it though so who's the idiot lol. One of my wrists are really loose too which is almost as bad as the knees once you put the tentacles in cause you cant even tighten those like you can the knees

Quoting the sentinel from one of the x-men episodes i watched as a kid as he talked to magneto "This series of sentinels is made of plastics not metals, your magnetic powers are useless against us" This is an awesome review would definitely buy this later on also and i thought the build-a-figure version of the sentinel was big lol

In his defense the metallic paint and finish makes this figure "look" a lot more premium than most other Haslab projects even if he can't match the quality of the others under the hood.

You can fix the knee issue by removing the caps at the side of the knee joints and tightening the screws beneath

look at the round silver/grey joint spots , just pop off the caps carefully behind them get a Phillips screwdriver and tighten the screws in the knees , it will solve the posing issues

From what I've heard thats just a temp fix and even then ignores the biggest issue, for 350 pounds there should not be an issue like that. You should not have to attempt to fix it yourself, it should have been something they caught in testing or before shipping them out.

Good honest review. Mine has yet to ship & after seeing at least 4 reviews with this thing flopping all over the place I'm seriously considering selling mine. This is the last time I support a Haslab campaign. Thank God I didn't back Galactus. I honestly believe that they timed the Galactus campaign to end before any sentinels shipped. There is no way Galactus would have funded if its campaign had taken place after the fact.

I don't understand how Hasbro could put this out without ratchets in the hips and knees? Hasbro has made plenty of large figures, they know that's necessary hardware... It looks really cool, but seeing as it's not really a playable toy I'm glad I passed.

Honestly..... NO... You're not being too harsh, in fact I feel that you're not being harsh enough.. I have been watching you reviews for for quite some time. I come to respect and trust your point of view. I really feel that you are quite astute in your critique. The arms the legs the head that the light doesn't shine through.. It's just not really acceptable. We invested so much money in these and worse.. time. This was time that they could have fixed the situations with them. As a static figure I'm impressed... but for posing purposes this is just unacceptable.. and i agree with you 100%.

I am glad Fwoosh showed a semi fix for the leg issues if you have them. Mine is on the way according to Hasbro Pulse so wish me luck. I guess with the amount of leg issues though, HOPEFULLY they learned their lesson and make sure Galactus won't have the same issue. 🤞🤞

Robot from the fwoosh posted a tip to fix the knees grab a flathead screwdriver and pop the grey piece on the outside of the leg out next to the knee inside is a screw you can tighten to fix the legs same with the arms

After getting burned by Haslab Unicron, I swore off Haslab, but the community is so obsessed with nostalgia that the vocal minority was silenced. This is a $10 billion company and this is what they consider to be passable quality, remember that before you buy your next Marvel/TF/SW toys.

the bigger head is called master mold and in the original comics was the leader of the sentinel but later gets destroyed but in the animaed x men tv show he comes back as a head with spider legs
