What a dork! Those are Poblano Peppers! Some call them Pasilla. They are not NM Hatch Chile. Hahahaha fail!

1. Those aren’t hatch chiles 2. Why would you put garlic in before onions? They burn first... 3. Green chile and Italian food doesn’t sit right w me. 4. Butter isn’t vegan

Lame, not hatch peps + Overdone garlic, burnt garlic tastes bitter. Should have added it later in the onion cook-down.
