I can think of no other religion that curses, vilifies,, demeans, condemns and insults all those who don't believe in it as much as Islam does .Reading aloud many of the verses of the Quran in an understandable language would surely qualify as "hate speech" and inciting violence if it were not for the fact that is from the Quran !

Mo raided the Qureshi caravans and stole. B) Thou shall not kill. Mo had to kill the caravan protectors. He engaged, endorsed violence and warfare. C) Thou shall not commit adultery. He had multiple sex slaves outside of his 11 wives.Most importantly, taking others as an example of your own foul ideology does not exonerate it, but is evident of your weak argument. Rather be an example of virtue, wisdom, compassion and non violence as praised in an Eastern spiritual ideology 2600 ago.

After WW II western countrys thrived as peace was sustained and western technology improved and saved millions of lives , proving a book of myths written by men was not needed as morals dont belong to the myth of religion or its mythical god . Quran was written many centuries later, and denies what was written in the new testament. In Quran, God commands to fight the unbelievers until they declare something or pay a tax. It is very unlike God of the Bible. Jesus Christ told us that God wants us love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, and to be perfect as God is perfect. Christ told us to pray to God, to our Heavenly Father. Quran denies death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. So, how is the God of the Bible the same as the God of the Quran? Besides, why would God suddenly care about taxes or money, or towns in Arabia? Christ never ever told his followers to fight anybody, or to force them to pay tax to Christians if they do not convert. Christ never even mentioned Arabia or its towns, let alone go there himself. Islam is strange and very different from Christianity.

@Hamid Hussein So God creates us with our limited intelligence but wants us to understand that he has much bigger plans for us. Well, it seems to me very logical that he should just make it clear, as clear as possible without a hint of doubt. But he's chosen to make this a test. How is that fair, it's a test that God knows not everyone will pass simply because he's made it that way. If the Qur'an was the truth, we were all born already failing his test. Now maybe some people are lucky and are born in the religion and become devoted to it. Good for them. God has made it that way. What about those who will never get that opportunity. They're doomed to hell especially when the Qur'an makes no sense to them. Sad for them, but God has also made it that way. God can literally do anything but he's doomed his own creation from the very beginning. Of course I don't think this is the case, because if God was truly just, we would all without a doubt know he exists and thus if he still wanted to threaten us the way he does, we would be sure not to mess around because there would be no doubt. That's also another thing about God, he has to threaten us to believe in him. God sounds very human to me in the Qur'an and other Abrahamic religions. Thanks for reading my side as well.

I don't see an elephant.' When we are talking about the perception of living in a hostile environment which seems to be shared by muslims and their prophet himself, is not not maybe that both of them did quite something in order to receive this hostility? In a certain way they also reflect the two very different concepts of martyrdom in christanity and islam: the christian martyr dies from the hand of his enemies for his conviction because he will not disavow his faith, whereas the muslim martyr takes up his arms to fight for the supremacy of islam and dies taking a great number of disbelievers with him. Of course later on when christianity became state religion martyrdom went out of vogue.
