This is probably one of the best game modes that have been introduced. Btw, that interruption of the ball, that Smith mentions seeing is what is called a ghost touch. It's like where the server doesn't know if the player touched it or not, and when it corrects itself for the pathing that the ball takes, that thing happens. It can really fuck u up, when u only have a solit second to predict the path the ball is taking.

I was almost mind-melding with Smith on this one because I was reacting to all the saves and near misses the same way he was. I guarantee this gamemode would destroy me. Quick question for anyone who reads this: Do any of you get those small pop-up ads in any YT video that take up a portion of the screen, but when you click the 'X', the video pauses and minimises? Nope, i think your browser has some malware in it, bud. Never happened to me. I recommend you give AVG Free a try to scan & fix, if it's still a thing. I had it before switching to Avast paid, & honestly dont know wtf i'm paying them for; same service & still forcing ads for their own products occasionally. Good luck to ya.

@@TheNightDrummer I've got windows defender which scans frequently (every 3 days) for viruses and malware and it hasn't detected anything. I have also done offline scans which are better at locating malware, but it also hasn't found anything. Any other ideas? I've looked online for solutions, but I can't seem to find any. As an ex semi pro of rocket league, I gotta say I'm really impressed by Smith's defensive positioning. He has the absolute right playstyle for this to stay in net, and make those micro adjustments by moving back and forth to constantly stay facing towards the ball. Well done Smith absolutely carrying the team
