This is a fantastic flow. My body tends to feel quite "crooked", and my hips especially are prone to pain. This flow left me feeling relaxed, energized, refreshed, limber and pain-free. I look forward to following along again!

Thanks, Melissa. This is exactly the class I needed to calm my mind after this week. It is challenging but gentle. It is more about finding yourself into the hasana than going quickly one after the other. My hamstrings feel great. I love your soothing voice as well. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

A highly effective, friendly to all users, undestandable and enjoyable set presented by a unique yoga trainer Melissa Krieger. I started morning in a lazy state of mind and body,with some pain in clavicak area. Then put myself up and did the class for stretching and energy. AND MAGIC HAPPENED: NO PAIN AND GREAT DESIRE TO GIVE SOME MORE PLEASURE TO THE BODY! To feed it with more delicious movements and this workout has resulted to be just perfect for that! I enjoyed this very much. I wish you would say right or left specifically instead of one leg and then the other leg. I got lost on a few variations of stretches once you started moving one leg here and one leg there. Thank you for a lovely class.

thank you so much. i've done this practice for times and love it! it's a great practice to do first thing in the morning! can you recommend another one that is the same level or even one slightly more challenging?
