Here is a full Qigong routine to help keep your immune system, lungs, respiratory system, and resilience strong!
This is a Qigong practice that can be used daily to keep your body and mind healthy and robust, and it is excellent to help prevent illness.
**Please follow your doctors and the experts advice for personalized health care. Please do not use this Qigong routine or the information presented as an alternative to recommended treatment or recommendations from your health team. **
This routine can work in conjunction with everything else that you are doing to keep the cold, flu, and germs away 🙂

I'm Jeffrey Chand, an acupuncturist, practitioner of Traditional Chinese medicine, and Qigong instructor.
I am incredibly passionate about sharing simple Qigong practices because I have directly witnessed how helpful it can be for a variety of health issues, prevention, emotional/mental health, and even spiritual health.
The style that I try to present is simple but effective, because it is based on several Qigong traditions, clinical experience, physical therapy, traditional and modern medicine, and from working with many people from a variety of backgrounds.
This style can be practiced if you are an absolute beginner and if you already have experience in Qigong or Tai Chi.

In India we do YOGA. But this qigong is quite exceptional as it relaxes the body in a magnificent way.I started it and found something different. You are great. Namaste Sir 🙏

I am 76, living in England. Worried, as we all are, as the infection and death rate rises daily; I pray for our Italian brothers and sisters especially. maggie deveney I am 80 years of age and a practitioner for almost 2 years. You will experience a significant change in your life if you “stay the course.” Pay close attention to the technic, breath deeply into your stomach in these moves, and smile during these exercises. I feel more grounded now and my mind is less busy than before. The massage of the points between the fingers was very helpful for me. Easy to do this again during the day. I started doing this routine in March 2020, that is to say, in the earliest days of the Pandemic. At that time, there were no vaccines and not even any decent masks. It was very scary time and I started doing this routine every evening in the hope that it would bolster my immune system against the virus. Well, I never caught it and, to this day, I still practice it a couple of tim es a week. It was a great gift to all of us.Thank you Jeff.

Thank you this has helped me so very much today. I am 76. I work part time in a local store in No. California in the Vitamin and Herb section. I choose to continue working, to be available to help others. I am healthy strong and Tired. Tonight, at home, I was having a melt down. I am now relaxed and back in my sane mind. At this time I am still not able to afford a membership in the Communi Qi - I promise myself as soon as I am able I will. Your compassion and love shines through each video. I'm 63 and started a class once a week at my local senior center .I really like it it and made me feel great.So I searched you tube and found many instructors then I came across the best. I have auto immune disease and I started to do this particularly video every other day. It's amazing how I feel.Now my finger and hands tingle alot during this and the sides of my ribs are very sensitive so are my inside of knees and fingers Although I am pretty fit for my age this by far makes me feel wonderful. Thank you and I'm going to try and make this part of my daily routine. 🤗 I have shared this on my facebook page to let all my friends who have never heard of Qigong!

I’ve been dabbling with various instructors, for the last five weeks, mainly doing only up to 20 minute routines, learning from every single one of them. I’ve completely enjoyed your videos and teachings. I did a 10:28 minute one for anxiety before this one. I wasn’t sure I’d last the 40 minutes, not because it’s difficult more because I didn’t think I could surrender for that much time, this was absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much. Your mannerisms and voice make it so easy. I’ll be returning to this one again. I’m worth the time!

Hi Jeffrey, thank you so much for sharing your teachings for free, it means so much during these times. I'm a Covid-19 "Long-Hauler" and have been experiencing symptoms on and off for the past 4 months since being extremely ill in April. I've been desperate for relief from nerve pain, slow circulation (the classic "blue hands" symptom being seen), gastro issues, extreme exhaustion/weakness, and shortness of breath/chest pains. Since starting your videos 2 weeks ago this has been the only thing giving me relief of these symptoms. I now again have hope that I can rebuild my strength and be my young and healthy self again. I cannot thank you enough!! I will tell everyone about you!

I had been meaning to practice Qigong for a long time, I even got a DVD once, but never watched it. I found your channel about a month ago and have been practicing daily now. I wake up an hour earlier so I can practice before work. My job is very stressful and demanding, and I was feeling depleted even before my day started. I found your channel only yesterday... I hwvw recently been doing Qi Gong and really enjoy it. This was perfect for what I needed. Thank you for your kindness and positive energy. I had almost given up on healing and had lost all faith in health care, knowing that orthodox medicine is not the answer ., however I didnt know what els3 to do aftrr trying so many things... Thank you. You are a delight. This is my first attempt at Qigong. I was feeling the energy through my body, the light, tingling and release of stagnant energy. I feel the effort in my muscles and know that they are becoming stronger and my body more centered and flexible. I'm going to keep doing this practice daily. I used to be a runner and a hiker but had a fall 5 years ago. At 72 I am still young and vibrant so this is a valuable life practice to keep me in good health 🙏❤❤❤🦋

For those of us who cannot get to our chi qong classes due to the emergency regulations, your clips have been extremely helpful. It isn't just the exercise, it is like having a calm presence guiding us to keep it together. You are right...we know what to do and have the tools but sometimes we can feel like salmon swimming upstream in the media panic. Thanks for keeping me grounded. Regards from Israel

Thank you. I am a singer, actor and musician. I had TAVR heart surgery earlier this year and also surgery on my right ring finger over 2 weeks ago. This was very helpful as I am quite constipated. Thank you for making this available publicly!! I love how you spoke about trusting your immune system. I have been telling people that I do Qi Gong and I trust my immune system, and so I am not really so worried about corona. I think I may have caught it in Jan when I was out in Calif and got sick. I thought at the time it was just Calif germs I wasn't used to, and once I recovered from that (took weeks) i figured that my immune system is even more robust which is good because i live in NJ right in the epicenter! Anyway, love your work and thank you again. I am going to do this routine over the weekend, I'm still going in to work (supermarket accountant). Be well and Qi well.

Dr. Chand, Thank you so much for posting this! I have been Covid-19 symptomatic and quarantined since March 20th in the UK. I've been too tired to complete this all in one go but have really appreciated doing the routine in small doses. It helps to allay the worry as well as easing the tightness in my chest and aiding my constricted breathing. It's a great gift you've given us!!! ♥️

I love this so much! Thank u for sharing JEFF. i have been sharing this with a lot of people. I feel lighter esp the legs area. Calmness the whole day through. I always look forward every morning to doing the routines for almost a month.

I found your sleep qi gong so beautiful and helpful for my anxiety. I do qi gong every day almost. I am 70 and did yoga on and off all my life and generally excercised and stayed active, kept weight stable. Now I find qi gong or Shibashi the best for me. Keeping active is vital as you say. Thankfully I am in good health at moment.. Thanks for your help and service to us out here. I am in Bundaberg Queensland so your live sessions are at a time not suitable for me. Your generosity in putting Facebook items on are so appreciated. 🌹♥️🙂 looking forward to lots of FB qi gong with you.

Thank you so much for your videos, they've really helped get me through healing from COVID and transitioned me from being anxious and helpless to empowered by giving me tools I can turn to when I was struggling. Hi Jeffrey! I just opened my iPad after having been ill since Monday, and I so missed my qigong scorning practice. And then I discovered this generous gift from you, a full qigong practice! How wonderful, But it’s bedtime now here in South Africa and can’t wait to have a good nights sleep and get to work tomorrow morning. This morning when I chatted to my daughter on the other side of the globe, I actually told her about the qigong exercises I had started to practice and that I now wanted to try and become a member of the Communi Qi. To think that you got so many followers all over the world in these troubled times is amazing and I pray that you and all who read this stay safe and healthy. Thank you again for what you bring us🥰
