A friend of mine sings this whenever he feels lonely, and whenever he does you can always see the tears streaming down his face.. he tries his best not to cry whenever he sings but he just does. I truly do love the Deftones version, but it will never hit the same way this does. Especially in this live version, the despair and emotion in Morissey’s voice is priceless. He sings it so well like he’s hurting from the bottom of his heart, he’s clearly on the verge of crying and I think that’s beautiful.
