This game is quite good. To be able to do extreme, you must practice for a long time. You must be able to react instantly or you'd fail. It's like playing piano. You need to carve into your mind and heart when you need to act. It's extremely difficult and you need to be absolutely focused.

BUT there is a game that has hatsune miku and the other loids called project sekai (don’t know if you’ve heard of it or not) it’s on Japanese App Store right now (also available for Android) and will be getting an English release sometime this year if you want to play in english

There are four difficulties, easy, normal hard and extreme, for every song. You have to start on normal before you can unlock hard or extreme and there are a lot more songs. This is just showing the very beginning of the game. It gets way harder.
