Imagine how many times they had to get into wardrobe, hair and make-up. But the set-dressers got the day off!

Imagine how much more money the actors were paid compared with set dressers. Imagine how many different sets for different sketches and other tv shows those same set dressers had to construct. 🤷

The sound is off for some of the couples.

The channels are out of phase for two couples, so the sound cancels out if you have a phone with only one speaker, but can be heard if you plug in headphones or have stereo speakers.
@leif10754 жыл бұрын
@@martineyles Oh interesting I didn't know or forgot that could happen. But how would headphones help unless you have special headphones that send each channel to a different ear at a different rate to compensate for the phase difference?
@martineyles4 жыл бұрын
@@leif1075 You don't need anything special. Just sending the channels to different places, which happens naturally with speakers or headphones will be enough to make it audible. The signals only cancel out if they are added together. The closer together the signals are the quieter it would be, but in separate ears they are to us as far away as they could possibly be. Being out of phase might make it sound a little odd but not in a major way. Also, this phase difference is probably a reflection, rather than a delay, which could easily happen by mistake (or on purpose, though unlikely on the official video). To make the signals out of phase by 180° with delays at each frequency would be a more difficult task, and probably only of use in surround sound mixing, where one side might be advanced 90° and the other delayed by the the same amount. In this video, if the sound is mono before the phase flip, the audio will be silent in a mono speaker, but if it's very slightly stereo you might hear faint noises from a mono speaker of the difference in channels, plus any compression artifacts.

That last couple solidifies my desire for solitude. I don't even think that sexual orientation matters to be honest. There's always bound to be some sort of negative friction, no matter what sort of relationship one finds themselves in. Whenever someone says to me "there's someone out there for you.", I just consider it to be merely an empty promise or false reassurance. Here's the reasons why... A) I'm too picky for my own good. B) I easily crumble under pressure and get overly flustered, so I'd be nothing but a handful. C) I'm not a confrontational person. Yet I end up aggravating people, by being rather impulsive, desperate and socially awkward. D) Anyone who says that I'm attractive has a bad taste in men, period! Don't get me wrong I do find being alone unbearable at times, especially whenever I see couples walking hand in hand. I just have to keep telling myself that condemning myself to a life of loneliness is for my own benefit, and everyone else's.

I know how you feel, mate, but I've learned three things: 1) if a woman falls in love with you, you'd have to do quite badly to turn her off and vice versa, you'd really need to try really hard to make her fall in love. So, however cheesy it sounds, don't worry about it women, live for your own sake. 2) be a man of virtue, so that even if you do end up being lonely, it wasn't a waste of time and energy. You can still do good, and keeping yourself intentionally alone isn't helpful to anyone. 3) get a social hobby. I don't know what it would be for you, but I took up swing dancing and it's amazing. I love it just for the dance/genre/culture, but it also puts me out among people where I can meet new friends. And there tends to be more women than men anyway. :) If you and me were friends IRL (like living in the same area), I'd totally try to get you to dance. With swing there are often free taster/intro classes, so you can just go and see if you like it. If you keep going social dancing, in half a year you'll be more confident than ever.
