I mentioned this before... when the spirit talker had said something like "I am here to protect You" Then shortly after that again the spirit talker said "I'm your Mum".... which leads me to perhaps think it was your Mum that was actually protecting you. Adam as much as she loved you I think she will continue to keep you safe on your Adventures of Exploring the Paranormal. The Video was amazing and indeed you captured several spirits, but one not so good, hence your Mum's presence that surrounded you.

Great video Adam. You definitely have to come back here soon. I think you have a good relationship with some of the spirits here. At the end some were pleading with you to stay. If there is lawyer (solicitor/barrister) or anyone else with a grasp of UK land use law on this thread can you please explain how it is there are so many abandoned houses in the UK that are still chock full of personal belongings? We have abandoned houses in the U.S , of course, but they are usually devoid so many personal items and/or more quickly torn down. Equally confusing is why no one seems to be in charge of the houses. Here the local government can take over property when no taxes have been paid for a considerable length of time but why haven’t these houses passed to heirs? I love this channel but, as an American lawyer largely ignorant of UK land use laws I find myself scratching my head In bafflement every time I watch one of these videos.

There are many reasons why a property becomes ‘abandoned’ in the UK but local authorities do have the power to seize a property if it has been empty for 2 years or more and every effort has been made to contact the owner or their relatives. A property and garden, if it has one, does not have to be maintained to still belong to someone. Many of these properties are sold by auction but some have structural damage or have been derelict for so long, they cannot be saved. Demolishing a property requires planning permission and then there is the question of who owns the land the property is built on. There are approximately 262,000 long term abandoned properties in the UK and there is currently a Levelling Up and Regeneration bill being passed through Parliament to release some of these properties, that are still habitable, for sale or rent. Anyone can make a claim on an abandoned property in the hope of buying it but the process is daunting, very expensive and can take months if not years.
