Not related to a house but a thrift find. I found a toy dog that was so old it was stuffed with hay rather than cotton or any other material. Most of his fur had been loved off, he had some little holes worn into him. You'd expect something that old to smell musty but he still smells like a summer hay meadow. I was so sad that he was so obviously well loved but someone had heartlessly donated him. I fell in love immediately and took him home feeling almost like I was pulling off some kind of heist by picking up such a treasure at the thrift store. For weeks my whole house would just randomly feel absolutely effervescently happy, several time I walking into the room he was in and just burst into giggles. I am CERTAIN his original owner was hanging around and was absolutely delighted he had someone to love him again and the joy was infectious. I still get a happy buzz every time I pick him up and I've had him for 8 years.

I had neighbors who were looking for a new house, touring a couple every week. She came home one day and told me about the old house they had just toured and were definitely NOT buying! And that was because, after getting the tour and getting back into their vehicle she asked her 4 year old son how he liked it. He answered, "I loved it! Especially the little girl that was there with us! She's nice!" All creeped out, his mom was like, "What do you mean? We were the only ones there! Which little girl are you talking about?" And he goes, "Oh! That one!" Pointing out the car window up at the attic window of the house! He starts smiling and waving and saying, "See her, Mommy? Shes right there waving!" But there was no one there!😱

Has anybody noticed Kinsley? The way she just looks at her mama is heart warming. My house is about 170 years old and has many stories to tell...we have frequent visitors and are sometimes seen by people spending the night. My son's are all older and they don't care. It's been this way their whole lives.we live next to a cemetery that has Graves from 1500's

The only two things I watch youtube for, is decor stuff and spooky stuff. This is the BEST crossover of the two and I am living for it. Thank you for this fascinating episode I love hearing peoples stories!! The only ghost I've ever seen was in my friends old house they were renting, it had all the antique furniture from the previous owner, and even a warning of ghost stories from the person they rented from, and I ended up seeing in the reflection of the powered off TV, a dark figure in the kitchen behind us, standing in an impossible spot that no person couldve actually been standing without moving the dining table out of there completely. I only needed to see it for a few seconds before covering my eyes and saying NOPE. My boyfriend who was next to me saw it too, as did the two friends who we were visiting. They had all sorts of their own personal experiences in that house, it was always so interesting to visit!

I have to tell mine! When I was really little, I would sometimes spend the night at my grandparents house. Something would sleep in the guest bed with me. I could feel it behind me. When I would scoot over a little to give myself space, I could feel the bed moving like someone behind me was scooting over closer to me. This is one of my earliest memories, and it happened every time I would sleep there. I was never afraid of it. It was almost comforting. When I was 12, my family moved to the same block as my grandparents. At night, I would always hear drumming coming from outside. It sounded like Indian drumming. Nobody else in my house would hear it. It was so loud that I started sleeping with a fan on every night to drown out the sound. My grandfather told me that the area we lived in was Native American land and showed me all the arrowheads he dug up in his yard while gardening.

I have been hesitant to share this with you but I think you may find it more interesting than scary. You and your mom were in the cottage in TX while filming a podcast. You two were talking about your grandmother and I noticed an orb behind you floating swirling upward. I wasn't sure what that swirling little light was so I played it back. Definitely good energy. ❤😊

I live in a 115 year old home shortly after we moved in, I was working on getting the grass to grow. I was out near the well one day to start watering the lawn. I felt like someone was watching me, I thought my husband was home so I looked back toward the house and inside the back door an old woman was watching me, as I watched her she turned and went towards the kitchen. She was wearing an apron from the 40's ish it had the ruffles over the shoulder and her hair was pulled back in a bun. I love the history of old homes, so I wasn't freaked out. A few months later, I was sitting on the couch and she walked by the dining table towards the bedrooms wearing the same apron. A few years later, I was sitting on the back step talking to my sister. My sister was facing the back door and as I was talking she jumped and said, "someone is in my house." I laughed and said, "was she wearing an apron?" My sister said, "yes." A few years back my husband woke up in the middle of the night and thought I was standing at the end of the bed, when he rolled over I was laying next to him lol he freaked out.

My husband is big in the energy of places. When we bought out first together home we looked at so many and he couldn’t pinpoint why he didn’t like them. When we walked into our current house he wasn’t even out of the foyer and he said “Yup this is the one!”. I have to say we love it here.

I lived in a rental house, and my bedroom closet door would always open at night. Then one day, I was doing dishes and I thought I saw someone walk by out of the corner of my eye. I was home alone. Then I felt warm breathing on the back of my neck. Nope! ....we moved.

I have 2 - first is recent not sure it counts but still have me tingles. We moved into our first home a year ago, it was previously owned by 1 couple since it was built in the 1940’s. Anyway, I was cleaning the top of the kitchen cupboards a few months back (I know I waited a year 🙈) and I found this piece of yellowed ripped paper and in capital letters it just said “lots of babies”…a few months on after not really giving it thought I’m pregnant with our second child ❤ Second story: I lived in a cottage in the middle of nowhere in England with my Dad as a teenager and he travelled to France for 3 months after moving in, so I was there alone a lot of the time and always had a sense that someone was there. I found myself talking to it and singing to ease my nerves and would reassure the presence and myself that I was looking after the house. The hoover/vacuum would often turn on by itself, I was sure that it was a positive presence and they seemed happy when I was trying to keep the house clean and maintained. I have all sorts of stories but the one that springs to mind was when my best friend was helping me clean and was scrubbing the bathroom, I was in another part of the house entirely and he came running through asking if I had been in the bathroom a moment ago, I said no. He said he felt someone stroke him on the back almost as reassurance and although sweet still really freaked him out. Almost EVERYONE that came into the house said they got a weird feeling and had different encounters!

Love this episode! 👻 My husband and I bought our first home this summer and there is no record on when it was actually built but we know that the house was here 1890 at least (so quite an old one). We actually asked the previous owners if the house is haunted and they said that they took in a medium when they moved in. The medium said that the house has a very calming enegery in it that they shouldn't worry so I am so far, calm about living in such a old house. My parents built their house but when they built it in the 80's people in their village said that there used to be a footpath there quite a long time ago (in Sweden some people say you shouldn't build on old footpaths because then the spirits will walk through your house or get stuck in your house). We had a few small things happening when i grew up but a few years ago my mum was going to use the bathroom close to the kitchen in the night and she knew my dad was in the kitchen (he is obsessed with looking for foxes and badgers on the fiels behind the house so he is up every now and then in the night looking out the kitchen window). She said that she saw what she thought was my dad at the window looking out and she asked him if he's seen anything but he didn't do or say anything. She looked to the other side of the kitchen and she saw my dad asleep on the kitchen sofa and she looked back towards the window and the person was gone 😅 Love spooky stories ❤

As for me, Ive never experienced anything but just a few weeks ago I felt my grandpa's energy outside in his yard. I live 2 houses down from where he used to live (my aunt lives there now) I went out to throw the trash around 11pm and when I turned I looked over to his yard and I could feel him there. Ive never felt it before. I hope it was him just hanging out. I miss him every day.

The story where a sweater was left folded reminds me of the show “Frogging” where people secretly live in attics and basements. Now that terrifies me. I have had my own ghostly experiences but the idea of a person secretly living in my home freaks me out more

Ahhh I have great story. When my sister died, my other sister and I went to the airport to change her flight. Anyways I’m driving my deceased sisters car sitting there waiting and try to change the radio station. I’m pushing buttons, changing from am to fm. Nothing happened. I shut it off, I turned it on, tried again. Did this repeatedly, couldn’t change the station. Finally I said “Leslie all I want to do is change the radio station, can I please change the radio station”. I turned it back on and it worked. Trust me this isn’t the only story from when she died. She was totally hanging out….. I think because she was quite young and she was just making sure everyone was ok.

Halloween isn't so big here in Australia, it is gaining a little but nothing like it is over there. We also don't do Thanks Giving plus our Christmas is in the middle of Summer (as are our holidays) so we kind have a "Christmas in July" which is more about retail mid year sales I think but nothing to celebrate. Some work places may use it as an excuse to cheer up the place. One day I'd love to spend a Christmas across the pond to experience a White Christmas. So basically we Celebrate Christmas, New Year and Easter.

I loved this vlog! Lol Well my Aunts home was hunted. It apparently was used as a funeral home at one time. My mom is a realist and did not believe in ghosts or such. So she was coming out of my Aunt’s bathroom and at the top of the stairs was a woman in Victorian type clothing. My mom said I just ran right through her. My mom was there another time and a glass objective on top of the frig across from her flew at her and crashed next to her! Also my Aunts little children were playing in their room and talking to some one and my Aunt said who are you talking too? They said the nice lady. She plays with us. Well my mom is a believer now! Lol

My team, and I do exorcisms usually thru ways of the gut- MANY Targeted Individuals see this top hat man. So when I married my husband and moved in with him, I started seeing the top hat man shadow on the corner of my eye, and that was when he told me, he had been following him for years. Lol did a huge banishment that night haven’t seen him since - salt ring around property with shungite at door ways really really helps alongside the Whole Armour Of God prayer;gets rid most unwanted energies. Also, not being afraid of the unknown takes away their power….a lot. I did buy a haunted couch once too- that was a scary week

HAHA! I love watching ghost stories and ghost hunting and scary stuff...and I've been to some haunted locations... small stuff... footsteps when no one is there...BUT...what got me into all that was this: I was at university in a small Michigan town, and the Uni was literally IN THE MIDDLE OF A CORN FIELD!!! So, one night, I'm awakened by my bed shaking, I grab the covers and try to stay "STOP IT" and I'm frozen. I can't move but the bed is still shaking. It lasted maybe 20 seconds (but felt like forever) and finally I could move and I yelled NO! Then I sat up, looked at my roommate's bed, and she wasn't there. So I got up and went into the living room. One of my other roommates was there, and I told her all about what happened and how freaked out I was. She and I sat up and talked for about 2 hours, until I finally took the lamp from the table and took it to my room and went back to bed. The next morning the roommate I sat up talking with asked me why I had the lamp in my room.... I was like, "we talked about it last night for like 2 hours!" She then told me that she stayed at her boyfriend's house that night!!!! So who the heck did I talk to and was it the same person who shook my bed??? I went to the store and bought a lamp for next to my bed and slept with the light on when I was alone in the room!!!!

The only thing paranormal I had, was when my mom had just past. We were staying up trough the night to watch over her, while she was taking her last breaths. When she past in the morning and all of the things were done to prepare for the funeral, I was so tired of not sleeping and emotions, I went home for a bit and slept on the couch. That's when I dreamed my mom walking up to my house, getting in from the back door and stood in the doorway of the living room. I stood up and hugged her. Not one word was spoken. Then I woke up hysterically crying. I really felt like I felt the hug and I could smell her. Her own scent not some perfume. I believe she came to say thank you for my care for her, in her last hours and say goodbye. My mom had similar dreams when people close to her had passed. Like when her younger brother past, she dreamed about a coffin floating at sea. The next day she got a phone call that her brother, who was a sailor, had past that night in a car crash while coming home from sea.

I'm sure she came to see you. Say her goodbye. My husband passed in his sleep at fifty. It was me & our 18 year old daughter. We heard his heavy steps on the stairs. (He had a bad back). Several nights. We knew he was just checking in on us. We left the doors unlocked, as he locked up. We caught on. We locked the doors. We learned we had to do things on our own. We heard his steps softened. We both felt like someone was in our rooms. We stopped being scared. When we slept through the night. The steps and that feeling of someone being in the room stopped. We miss him terribly. I'm in California. My daughter moved to Indiana. We've never experienced anything since.

I was cleaning the home of a very close friend, when I was leaving the home to walk past the garage where my friend had committed suicide, and a unseen hand grabbed my shoulder. I froze in my tracks but then I spun around and told the spirit of death to leave that home and never return in Jesus name. I never felt that presence around there again at the home.

When I first married, we moved into our first apartment. It felt like it had good energy. It was an older home and we rented the first floor and the owners lived upstairs. It was going to be my first small dinner party, with just my husband and I and our first guest, one of my brothers. I had cooked and dinner was almost ready. Of course I burned the rice, it was awful. We were just talking and we’re deciding what board game to play. As we laughed and joked, about nothing, my brother and I immediately sat up. We were in our bedroom, we only had one chair and my hubby and I were sitting on the edge of the bed and my brother on the chair. There was an awful scream we heard coming from the living area. The hair stood up on the back of my neck. We walked into the living room and the wall located by the street, looked like someone had written in blood, some inappropriate words! We reached to turn on the light and there was nothing on the wall! NOTHING! My brother and I looked at each other and we said what we read and it was the same message. My husband saw nothing. My brother and I just prayed. Every few months I swear I would see the writing on that wall. It happened about 3 times. I was spooked!

As a child I saw a little girl in my bathroom mirror. My mom and I used to live in a studio apartment, I had the habit of looking in at was reflected in the mirror when I brushed my teeth One morning I saw a little girl my age standing in the doorway. I turned to look at the actual doorway and she was still there. I still remember her school uniform; white short sleeve Peter Pan collar button up blouse and green plaid skirt. Her short hair was pulled up into two pigtails. I tried screaming for my mom but I was so scared I couldn’t make a sound so I ran past the little girl, even felt her as I got by to get my mom. When we got back to the bathroom she was gone. Our front door was still locked and the windows were too high to climb in or out and the only other children in the building was the manager’s daughter who was 5 at the time and had long black hair, and a pair of newborn twins.

I live in a house that my grandfather built. He passed in the house in the room thatvwas my bedroom. I had four candels on top of my TV one candel moved like it was being pushed off and fell to the ground. The others did not move. I thought the TV must be vibrating but it wasn't then I thought it must not be level. I got a level and put it on the TV it was perfectly level. I decided it was time to leave and go to school. Years later I had a roommate that was in that room and he was talking smack about my grandmother. I told him he needed to watch out that night. Everything on the dresser ended up on his bed and knocked over. My roommate moved out the next day. I sometimes hear voices but can't make out what is being said at times I have smelled my grandmother.

I have an 1871 Victorian. When I moved there was a note that said, "it's not haunted". But from time to time when I'm coming down the front grand staircase, I get scared - and an intense feeling like someone is behind me. I can't walk downstairs fast enough. A couple years ago, my bf was in the kitchen and I was in the living room. 2 separate rooms, old Victorian design. He ran in asking what was wrong because he said he heard me sobbing loudly from the other room. I wasn't!

My kids were really little when my grandfather died like 3,1 and a baby I do not talk about him and they did not know who he was. One day they were getting ready to go to my parents house and they were talking about how excited they were to play with my friend David. I told them I did not have a friend named David they said he comes and visits us at gigi's. I asked my mom she had no idea about it so I asked them to describe him. It was my grandfather. Another one me and my best friend worked at a church in the preschool area. We were the only ones there and we were together. 3 rooms right in a row all the toys started going off in them one right after the other. They were all powered off to begin with. We quit working there shortly after haha

The house I grew up in was a new build. My mom works at a home health business that is haunted. The first experience I had at our house was actually in the shower. I was washing out my wash cloth and a man started talking in my ear. I was the only one home and there was no electronics on. The experiences kept happening. We always heard a women crying. Before I moved out I had the worst experience. I was home alone taking a nap in my bedroom. I woke up to my door slamming shut and a voice in the living room. When I moved out the experiences kept happening. To get into our home we would have to enter through the basement and go upstairs to the first floor. My mom came home one day and heard loud foot steps run across the whole main floor. She was home alone.

My husband and I we’re moving to a different city. On our days off we would go to the new city and look for apartments. We went to this one and immediately I got a very bad feeling. I could hardly wait to get out of there. Told my husband but he didn’t believe me. We got a call from that apartment owner that we got it. I told them that we decided it wouldn’t work for us. My husband was not happy. But got a call later that we had a different house. Very weird

I'll share spooky stories about one home I've lived in as a teen. I lived in a large two story home with my parents, two brothers and grandmother. My grandmother and I shared a large open room on the second story that had a half bath, a hall that overlooked the living room with two attached dormers. My grandmother was hardly ever home so I would be left in the upstairs of the house by myself day and night. One night I was dead asleep and felt like I was being watched. When I opened my eyes I saw a tall man standing at the edge of my bed. He didn't give off bad vibes, more like a parent watching their child sleep. By the staircase was my grandmothers rocking chair and I could see a lady in a white dress rocking while she knit. I heard foot steps to my left and saw our last friendly ghost (an older gentleman) walking into the hallway. I was totally freaked out but didn't move to get out of bed. I told the man at the end of my bed I'm okay but need to get sleep because I had a big test the next day. I closed my eyes and the feeling of being watched went away, the chair stopped rocking and the steps in the hallway vanished. They were my protectors while in that house. They also liked to tattle on my little brother. If he skipped school and hide in my room until everyone left for the day. I would know. The ghost would move things my little brother wouldn't touch like a tampon or a book to different parts of the room. Every time I asked if he skipped, he wanted to know how I knew. The old man ghost seemed lonely and would always pace in the hallway overlooking the living room, my mom, grandmother and two brothers all heard it. If they wanted my attention, they would play with the lights in the stairwell. They would flip them off and on until I told them to stop and would try to turn the lights off. My brothers knew to keep their hand along the wall going up stairs at night since the ghosts liked to turn the lights off on them. My twin hardly ever went upstairs because of them, he would shout from the bottom. The one time I tried to had a friend stay the night lasted for ten minutes. I had told her all about my ghostly protectors and she claimed to be a believer. I took her upstairs and showed her where she could make up her sleeping bag. I went downstairs to grab us soda pop and heard her scream before racing downstairs herself. She had been alone for maybe three minutes. She was really freaked out, told me she would not stay the night and would wait for her mom to come pick her up outside. I asked her what happened as she rushed out the door and she said she saw one. She didn't talk to me for a couple weeks after that night. The ghosts never hurt me or anyone in the house for the five years we lived there. My family has many brushes with the spirit world or beyond. Those was the nice ghosts. There have been many more and most of my family on my mothers side have stories of the spirits they have encountered.

I used to collect old cameras but then i heard a story about a haunted camera that was once a crime scene camera eww! Also my daughter hates Disney bc of the scary characters lol. Also you read my story about the keys! I don’t know why the skeleton figure, I’ll never forget what it looked like. When i was grown living in that house my friends daughter asked of it was haunted. She had been there just that one time and her parents had no idea of our stories. I also took a picture in complete darkness and saw SO many entities in the picture.

In college I lived in a few older dorms that were known to be haunted. One of the dorms I lived in was built in the late 60s and was 13 stories tall. One night all 4 of my roommates had gone home for the weekend leaving me alone. I had previously had a few weird things happen but nothing crazy. The first night I was alone I thought I heard movement but assumed it was the people below me. The second night I couldn't get to sleep the vibes felt all wrong. Around 3 am I heard loud crashing noises and when I opened my door all of the bathroom drawers were open and all of the towels were on the ground, I knew I was alone though. I was so scared, and when I woke up the next morning both bathrooms looked like a tornado had been there. After that I did not stay for weekend all by myself again, and moved dorms a few months later. I loved hearing everyone's scary stories.

Years ago my husband took me to and old hotel in northwest Arkansas. I knew nothing about this old hotel’s history but when we checking in I saw the crew from one of the syndicated Ghost encounters shows telling the clerk about the great footage they got of spirits and ghostly figures and objects. I told my husband right then that maybe we shouldn’t stay here. But he talked me down from my panic. That night while I was in bed (didn’t think I was really asleep then) when I felt hands holding me down. I was screaming for my husband to help me but no sound came out of my mouth. It felt like this went on for a long time. And when I knew I was awake i immediately got dressed and told my husband I was going to the car and wait for him there. It was 3:30 in the morning. I was so sure ghosts were real when never before did I believe in them. I’ve never stepped foot back in that town because of that.

One night at my old appartment, i was in a hurry and want to see an episode of a series i was hooked on at that time but i needed to get ready for a party, so i placed my computer with the series playing in front of the shower so i could do both at once ;D clever me. hehe. over the computer some decor diamond hang from the ceilling and out of the blue it was as if someone grabbed one, pulled it out and let go of it. it flew out of me ''no thank you, you are not welcome in the bathroom when I'm in here'' and the diamond decor stopped swinging 👀later on i ask a clairvoyant if she could feel some energy around my appartment. the answer was yes, i lived with a ghost. he loved how i managed to make it a home because he couldn't when he lived there. he loved sitting on my sofa and looking out the window. he understood that I was uncomfortable about the physical things he did so he was there in silence after the incedence. such a gentle soul. the clairvoyant help him to peace and to the other side. After that day I could feel that there was a different energy in the apartment. there was a higher level of calm and peaceful energy over the apartment and I said goodbye to him and hoped he had a good journey ahead :)

Love the spooky stories! And now I think I'll have a hard time sleeping. I have one to add to the list. It was a rental house that I stayed at while in college. It was a boarding house that was built in the 1900s where generally a family lived downstairs and the rooms upstairs were for the boarders who were usually girls going to the college up the hill. This house held entity we called a ghost but really the figure everyone recalled was a shadow figure. It stood tall and slender with no real defined hands or feet. Most said it gave off a masculine energy. The first floor was where it was felt most especially near the dining room. The first floor was a circle around with stairs to the second floor on one side and stairs to the basement on the other. And really in any doorway there you could feel the energy watching you a bit but acknowledgement of it seemed to help. You really only saw it out of the corner of your eye except for the time I saw it with a lighter tone to it and not the dark shadow. My roommate that also often saw it said one time it did crawl down the hallway. 😬 That same roommate and I both had vivid dreams of what looked like the house in the past the first night we moved in and it felt almost like a warning to do good by what the house was. While living there we would ask people when they came over for the first time if they saw or felt anything. Everyone described the same thing! What really got us was when my roommate was talking to a coworker about "the ghost" a customer chimed in saying she had one in college at their rental and proceeded to describe the same thing we had; then she said where the house was and it sure enough was ours. She had lived there 10 years before us. It never felt malicious just a little off at times. The basement was a whole other kind of creepy and uncomfortable feeling though. Energy is so important and we just made good times and filled the house with lots if love and laughter with our little roommate family. ❤

I had to comment after I heard “ Neatly Folded”, I have lived in my house for 18 years. About 3-4 years after living here I lost some jeans after washing them. I looked and looked for my favorite pair of jeans, several months later I went to the bathroom while sitting there it just came to me to look under the counter, yes there they were. But wait under the counter I had put two plastic storage drawers, wait they were tightly under there and no one but me could curve and slide their hand to touch the top of the storage drawer since there was not even two inches between under the counter. My skinny long fingers fit under there. When I pulled the object out from under there, there were my jeans so perfectly folded, but dusty. Wait the next summer in July we had had our Four of July celebration at our home, when everyone left I finished washing dishes looking out the kitchen window, when suddenly my bangs blew away from my face as if someone had put a fan next to my face. Funny thing was there was no wind and no fans on in the house. Rather than being afraid I turned around and said, you need to stop, this is my house! Yep I was alone. The part of dogs and cats sensing things your right, my dog named Blacky was afraid two times a year for about a month. He would sit in certain parts of the house in the dark hiding and would cling by side. No wait one more thing happened, again I lost my favorite undies, yep again while in the bathroom I got this idea to check behind the toilet water tank, yep I pulled out some neatly folded dusty undies!!

Kids and dogs can often see spirits. My mother in law passed away and we often say she comes to visit. Our basset hound RubyDoo often barks, growls and shakes staring at a random part of the room. She’s normally so mellow and never makes a fuss. We also lost our 2 infant sons both stillborn. Jake in 2019 and Zach in 2020. We called in one day to check on them at the cemetery and had the dogs in the car with us. Walking to their grave RubyDoo was frantic, looking around barking growling shaking. She calmed for a few moments when we got to the boys and sat by their grave but then started to stress again as she looked around the cemetery. We left swiftly and promised her we’d never take her back there again. We went on to have our last baby Freddie in 2021 and again RubyDoo has laid by his Moses basket guarding him grumbling at a random place of the room. Freddie is 2 now and last week he was sat in his high chair and was stressed out. He kept looking to the side and then swiping at the back of his head like someone was touching his hair. Freddie has super curly hair and he always gets comments on it when we’re out. RubyDoo again was growling. I just soothed Freddie and said ‘Mum I know you love him but please don’t upset him’ As a baby he would always laugh at absolutely nothing like someone was making him giggle ❤

All this stories freak me out so much. I loved to watch scary movies growing up and enjoyed creepy stories. When I became a mom I don't like to be freaked out anymore. I have a story to share also. When I was teenager I lived in an apartment building and it is easy to think on the neighbours who make different sounds. One day it was full moon that happens ones in some rear time and my parents were going on a vacation and I have been home alone. I was watching movies in the evening. I heard something bang really loud in the kitchen. I never got to the kitchen that evening. That was so scary. I have no idea what that was.

I have a cabin that was built in 1860. We lived there when I was a kid and then I lived there again as a single mom. When we were kids I don't remember anything odd ever happening, but when my daughter was little we had a weird occurrence. My mom had gotten my daughter one of those dolls that is programmed to respond to the voice of the owner and we programmed it to my daughter's voice. I was at home one day while she was at school and walked into her bedroom to put away some laundry. As I walked into her room the head of that doll swiveled to "look" at me and then swiveled to follow me across the room. I put her clothes away and went into the kitchen where I got a trash bag and went back into her room and pulled it down over the top of that doll, tied it shut and put it outside in the trash. I told my daughter what had happened, when she got home from school, and never got any push back from her on it.

I always remember a girlfriend my brother had in high school. I thought she was nice and was sad when they were no longer dating. Fast forward years later I heard she passed away from cancer leaving her husband and two small children. It made me so upset to hear this because she was only a year older than I and I also had two small boys. For days it was in my mind until one night she came to my bedroom door as I sleep. But clear as day, I felt awake as she appeared. I told her “my God, Rebecca, I am so sorry!” She responded with a smile and said, “don’t worry, it’s not at all bad.” Well that was enough to put me at ease with the situation. I still believe she visited me that night.

My eerie thing didn’t have anything to do with a house but a tree covered path at the park near my house. My husband, dog Cody and I had walked that path many many times but this one day Cody stopped and would not enter the secluded lane. He stared and made the most guttural growl I’d ever heard. It freaked us both out but he would not budge so we turned around. I honestly think there was someone or something hiding that was not good news. Very freaky! It never happened after that! 🤷🏻‍♀️

I lived in a house that was about 80 years old at the time and I was like 4-11 when we lived there. I didn’t like going to one part of the basement. My parents rented the house to a medium after we moved and the medium asked my mom about the male ghost in the back corner of the basement! My parents knew that a man had died in the house of old age because it was my dentist’s grandfather’s house originally. I’m all for the spirits as long as they’re friendly!

My childhood ghost's name is Tobie. My siblings and i saw him at the same time. He was a friendly ghost moving things and changing the channel. As i became an adult, he stopped. But.... once my children were born, and we moved back home, Tobie came back to play with my son. I asked my son to ask for his name, which he did one day they played and he told my son his name is Tobie. So its nice to know he has a name and has shown himself once in a while with family but mostly with children. So I'm glad for all the good stories. Love them. Hope you do another one before the month is over. 😊

Dolls don't bother me but what freaks me out is clowns! They never used to but ever since the movie 'IT" can't look at even happy clowns the same way. Some of the comments reminds me of some old scary movies, some are‘The people under the Stairs’, There is an old movie starring Patty Duke Astin and Richard Thomas (aka John Boy from the Waltons who died on 10/15/2023, RIP) called, ‘You’ll like my Mother’ about a widower who’s husband died in Vietnam. Pregnant she goes and visits her mother-in-law. During a snow storm, discovers dark secrets about her deceased husband’s family. It isn’t paranormal but is a Thriller. ‘The Ring’ is about a cursed tape and whoever watches it is killed within 7 days of watching. Halloween is always a good time to watch a good scary movie. All movies can be watched on KZbin, FYI. 👻😱

Always enjoy your videos!! 💗 I have so so many stories! Don’t know which one to choose! Lol. I laugh now about it because it helps me not get so spooked. 😅 So one that really scared us was when we were in a rental, it was a small 2 bedroom 1 bath house. The house was always cold and dark (that should’ve been a sign - don’t live there! But we got tricked into it). Anywho, it was late one night, my husband and I were playing with our little girl, she was around 5 years old. I can’t recall all the details, but we were playing in our bedroom with our comforter and we left the room (idr why). But when we walked back into our room, the comforter was in a shape of a human sitting on the foot of the bed, as if it was hiding and waiting to be found. Scared the sh*t out of us! Thankfully my sister n law was living with us at that time and so she got mad and punched the heck out of the comforter lol. That rental definitely had creepy vibes throughout. We had many other encounters. Idk how we stayed there for over a year and a half. Lol never again!

So, I don’t know if my husband was messing with me, because I’m a huge believer: but he said around 2 in the morning (like two days ago) we was walking up and he saw an old woman staring down at me. He said he didn’t feel any scary energy, more like an old grandmother staring down at a baby. He said she looked at him and turned and walk away and faded into the night. The SUPER weird thing is I was having dreams about my childhood that night… which is something he wouldn’t have known…. Super strange!

The old man behind you just winked 😂 Just kidding of course. After my mom passed in my childhood home, the first night when my dad was sleeping, he heard a noise, (kids had moved out, he was now alone) he went out his bedroom to find my mom’s picture that was part of a family photo gallery wall had fallen to the ground. It didn’t break, he blew it off, although found it strange (no earthquake) he hung it back on the wall, second night, same picture of mom fell again. No earthquake this night either. Never happened again. Dad didn’t know what to think, all photos had been on that wall for at least 20 years and none had fallen before. Dad wanted to believe it was mom trying to communicate somehow. Who knows, but was odd to say the least.

I am a "sensative." I have lived in 15 different homes and experienced the paranormal in all of them. Where I live currently, the spirit of a young woman would enter my bedroom. I would hear the wood floor crack. She was mischevious and would tug on my feet which would bring me fully awake. Then, she would walk along the side of my bed until she reached the night stand. She would fiddle with my belongings for awhile and then leave. In the morning, I would find things in disarray. I finally told her, "You have got to stop this. Do not touch me or my things." It has never happened, again.

When I was a child I lived in a manor house built in 1850'. The house was big and beautiful, with huge terrace, basement and attic spaces etc. I never felt unsafe there although mysterious steps in the long hallway or above in the attic were a daily occurance :) I Many times i was also having "conversations" with the house - I just felt the urge to tell it something and it usually responded with well timed creaks or something similar :D The elder members of the family claimed that at the lower level there was a lady in light dress seen usually when there was a big gathering in the house, like for Christmas or other holidays. Never seen her myself though... I love old houses hehe

Loved this episode in honor of spooky season! I have a lot of stories from my family members all taking place at my granny's house which my dad now owns. In the 80s before I was born my parents lived there for a while, they had neighbors seeing people in the upstairs attic window when no one was up there, and their dog refused to go in the basement. One night they heard glass break in the basement, they went down to check and couldn't find anything. The next morning my mom went down to do laundry and there was a glass ashtray shattered in the middle of the floor. My dad's sister also has a story from when she was a kid about being woken up in the middle of the night and being pulled into her closet by a witch. Whether it was a witch or just an angry ghost, I'm not interested. My dad bought the house in 2020 but I don't think he's had any spooky happenings, so maybe the spirits have finally moved on.

This was an incredibly fun episode! Thanks! As to what I'd like to hear in future podcasts; I'd love to hear about the business side of your work. For example you essentially produce three KZbin videos every week and you appear to be sane and healthy, sorry I can only assume you have some staff to help you. People like managers or editors. I'd love to know how you structured your business. You've achieved a huge level of success I'm sure the journey was very interesting as well. I know you tend to focus only on you and it's very entertaining. But no one person could do all this alone. It certainly doesn't diminish your achievement by sharing how you accomplished it and who helped you along the way.

I have already told you about my 1892 Victorian in Denver. It was built by a woman and was originally a brothel. Many people had died there. There were times that I felt I wasn’t alone. I am the kind of person who will talk to ghosts so I talked to the house and it never scared me. Another story we were staying at The Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, CO and one night the water came on, i turned it off and it happened again. After multiple times I finally said you don’t have your convince me I know you are haunted. This is the hotel that Stephen King got his inspiration for The Shining.
