I was just on that field Sunday for the 3rd time. Did more of a battle walk than ever before on this field (Civil War enthusiast). Even though I didn't experience anything paranormal, I could feel the energy left by the battle and the lives suddenly ended on that hallowed ground. May all who have passed be at peace

Back about 10-11 years ago during perryville days a buddy and I took a shortcut through the cemetery to get to the school to link up with some more buddies. We noticed a man with a shovel and his dog by his side, the man was digging something up but we paid no mind (yes I know, which is weird to begin with). As we were walking the dog runs by us without even making a sound running through the grass. We could only hear him panting while running past us. Gives me cold chills and watery eyes just thinking back on it lol. To this day that’s the only encounter I’ve had in perryville. I still wouldn’t let that take anything away from that town. It’s rich in history and southern charm and hospitality!

I've had the pleasure of camping out on the Perryville Battlefield 3 different times. I'm a CW reenactor, and that's why I was camping there, with thousands of other reenactors. It's definitely my favorite battlefield to visit. I can't say I've experienced anything paranormal, but it is kind of creepy when you're there at night, especially on the battlefields anniversary.

My Aunt & Uncle Yankey lived in the Crawford House a few years back in the 70s. I loved going there to visit as a child. I never heard them tell any ghost tales.

I saw a ghost once, it was if he was speaking to me! His name was Boo Berry and he was beckoning me to try his delicious cereal. I did partake of the cereal too... it truly was delicious! Ever since I have believed in the Super Natural.

I've lived there 65 years. Walked through all sections of that town all times of the day and night . I ain't seen no little girl in the windows. I can tell you this . if you go looking for the devil your journey is to find him is halfway over cause he's looking for you also . Ain't no ghost in that town.

@@bradleythorpe8783 You should be afraid of the Devil. He/She/It lives in many ordinary looking people but actually those people will do terrible things to whomever is in the wrong place at the wrong time. Beware of other people.
