You're always relaxed while cooking, totally unlike the silly cooking contests on TV - stressed cooks make bad food. Also ingredients and cooking methods are clearly indicated; I hate it when chefs put food in the oven, but fail to tell for how long and at what temperature. I am watching from the state of Texas in the United States of America. Thank you so much for sharing your recipes and cooking techniques in your videos. I grew up with a large garden but my mother had not learned to cook until she married and though she could make amazing pastries, the vegetable dishes were not inventive. Green beans cooked with a pat of butter, carrots with a pat of butter and honey, broccoli with butter, and potatoes mashed or au gratin. Salad was the only thing where vegetables were mixed....lettuce and tomatoes or cucumbers, onions, and vinegar. I am fortunate that mom knew vegetables were important for health and I love our memories at the table but I love finding better ways to mix vegetables to make healthy meals that taste delicious and I know that she would have loved this also.

Looks good! My mom always said .....keep your mouth closed while cutting onions. Don't even open it even a little or for a second. It works for me.....at least on the times I actually keep it closed. You know at first, I was a little bothered by how slowly you prepared the dishes . But then I became mesmerized by it . The detail and love you have for cooking really came through in this video . I couldn't help but think, " Ah, yes THIS is what I've been missing for so long in my cooking ." I've been cooking for years for my family, but now, with everybody separated, I found I've lost the LOVE of simply cooking for pleasure . I went from cooking full healthy portioned meals, only for certain ones to complain about every new dish I'd fix for them, to now not having anybody but my mom and myself to cook for . I don't even get to let my culinary skills shine at church dinners anymore, due to our church cutting back on inviting churches due to Covid . And when it comes to holiday dinners, we always go to my sister's house and she doesn't allow ANYONE to cook at her house or even bring dishes except herself, because that's HER time to shine . With no one to cook for ( that doesn't complain anyway, I've lost the passion for cooking and trying new recipes .

I think your recipes very interesting and the music 🎶 very soothing. Even if you're making something that I wouldn't eat per say I enjoy the process .I can tell how much you love what you're doing. Me gustaron tus recetas solo que creo que son muy parecidas pues parece que tienen casi todas los mismos ingredientes. Yo no soy fanatica del Chile pero en esta ocasión creo que cambiaría el Chile morron (rojo) por un Chile pequeño jalapeño; y sin nada de semillas ni venas (por ser picosas). Todas son excelentes. Honestly I was just thinking that your videos timing to me just perfect! I was actually going to comment on that before you even asked if they’re too slowI like you show some slicing and dicing so I’m aware of general size in recipe. I also like that you show just enough steps during the baking, pan frying, etc. & don’t make viewers fall asleep watching 20 minutes real time like some other videos are. I love to cook for my partner and I take my time in it, sometimes a little wine during this. I am very new to you but I wonder if you have a recipe for a salmon dish. To ripen any fruit or vegetables that are not quite ripe, place them together in a brown paper bag for a day or up to a week if they are really firm. Check daily and take out any that are ripe and then check again at night if they seem to be almost ripe. 😊

You can always create a Playlist of faster video's for ppl who may not be watching from a TV like back ground noise. So ppl want to be wowed by camera angles and fancy short transition clips. Not every video but maybe redo some of the most popular ones as highlights 🤔.
