You Ibeji's (Ibeyi's) are awesome. you make me proud as a yoruba boy from Nigeria. A lot of yoruba people back here are lost because they'd rather forget their rich heritage (culture and language) and embrace the foreign language of the English people who do not even regard them. I pray you guys reach the greatest height and hope someday i can attend your concert and really see you beautiful angels live! Till whenever, odi'gba o"

+Danae Stewart They're Communists like Frida was too. Cubans with a strong record of being Communist can do a lot, like leave the country. The other Cubans who have an Anti-Communist track record, get denied permission & are either forced to leave by raft or remain living a depressing life on the island👎🏻
@esclavemoderne75838 жыл бұрын
Eliza They're artists... stop making everything about communism. They're just Cubans who love their roots. I feel the same way. Don't be like the Castro's, always trying to divide us up!
@elizal.84738 жыл бұрын
Esclave Moderne I understand your point, but I will continue to bring up my own. My family is full of political prisoners and full of people who were continually denied trying to leave Cuba ( because of their "Anti-Communist” record) until their death. And then there’s people like these ladies, who live life to to the fullest because they’re Communist? They lived all through Europe, eating what they want, being who they want, CHOOSING what they want, and living without being oppressed. They were able to evolve and become talented musicians without being told no. That’s why they glorify a TYRANT on Instagram, right? Because they’re one of the few who benefited from his regime and didn’t suffer having to actually live it like many others. It's a slap in the face. Meanwhile my parents couldn’t get a job or attend free college because they were seen as “traitors” from people like these girls & their family. My parents refused child labor camps, enjoyed church, liked to eat, freedom of speech (etc) but were punished for it? If your parents & grandmother were the ones who were spit on & hit by “neighbors” on the day of their Yankee departure, maybe you would kinda understand where I’m coming from. I’m not trying to divide up a community of people. You can’t divide something that’s already broken. A true patriot wouldn’t reason with a dictator over their fellow patriotic brothers & sisters. No me digas mas 💯

These girls are COMMUNISTS. In Cuba we are taught to hate the “Yankees”, hate the USA & hate Capitalism. Their father was a musician during the USSR era of Cuba & was always traveling out of Cuba when it was ILLEGAL for average Cubans to do so. They praise Che & Fidel openly & preach Communism during their interviews WHILE earning Capitalist foreign dollars. Those dictators (Fidel murdered Che over power, every Cubans knows that) are the reason Cuba is a rotting, disgusting, vile, shameful & oppressive country. This a video of Che, Fidel & Camilo sentencing black men to a firing squad WITHOUT a trial on NATIONAL CUBAN TELEVISION: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pZiuc6Suo8aKnrc THESE ARE THE PEOPLE THESE WOMEN LOOK UP TO! They should be be ashamed & exiled (like millions of Cubans have been since 1959) because of their Anti-American agenda. Don’t support these ladies, you Yankees! They HATE you & always will just like their "role models" have taught them to.

Ibeji (ee-bey-jee) means twins in Yoruba. However, in Spanish speaking countries where Yoruba culture is observed, y is used instead of j, as j has a different sound in Spanish which is why it is spelt Ibeyi.
