I think its great that you are talking about mini frameworks. I think this is absolutely crucial and I don't see a lot of content on this! Other mini frameworks that can work for some are: cost/benefit, customer/competition/product, qualitative/quantitative... I prepared using consulting case studies to understand more about frameworks and issue trees. :)

Mirja, thank you for sharing some other mini frameworks! As candidates, we need to be thinking about creating a generic and specific plan, the more frameworks the better, as long as we can remember them :), thanks again!!
