- Chelsea spending more money. That always works out. - Man Utd will always attract players. Yes and destroy them: Pogba, Falcao, Di Maria, Diallo, Malacia, Sancho.... No teams other than ManCity is expected to win the league next season. They hire the best tactician in football history. And they bought a world class squad back then with unlimited money. The best other teams can do is to keep challenging. And when one year, ManCity is unlucky, or if that other team gets lucky, they would then win the title.

@@soumasouma7980 Look at what kind of squad Arsenal had 5 years ago, after years of selling their best players funding the new stadium. Compare them to the United, City, Chelsea, Liverpool squad 5 years ago. Arsenal spending €600 on 30 players to rebuild a rubsh squad, is different to other teams spending €600m on 10 players to upgrade their already world class squad. Also, after spending, Arsenal improve their league position year by year. You can’t say the same to other clubs.
