I have fought with it all my teenage life. Totally wasted a big part of my youth to this fight. I realized it's gonna be an endless fight with no winner. Decided to stop fight with it and tried to accept it, it was so easy and spontaneous. Now enjoying all the things I missed out in my youth.

Dear Hansaji, I am mother of a gay child. Have seen my son's pain and observed the law disappointing and culminating eventually to my son's favour, all in last one decade. Your views on homosexuality and LGBT at large are highly appreciated since it will help many parents here to understand and accept their children. But may I know why didnt you speak on this topic before September 2018? I have been following the institute's website from last 7 years and have been coming to Sunday Satsangs too but never ever heard your views on this topic before the Supreme Court came out with a positive verdict. ( Pardon me if I missed your views during or before this period) Many Gurus including you, leaving Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, never spoke on this issue before that judgement and played safe to avoid losing their followers and face social backlash. I condemn such behaviour and see the support coming from all such gurus as a populist approach to gain people's support and fan following.

Tonight I told my family clearly that I am a born gay and my sexuality cannot be changed by the help of a DW hindi channel. 1. My younger brother hit me on my face. 2. My mom told me to leave this house. My sisters told me to commit suicide. Conclusion - My family hate LGBT community they don't want to know about gay.
