Anxiety can be natural, caused by a premonition of danger; it mobilizes the body’s mental resources to overcome it.
But sometimes anxiety and worry can be unfounded and not related to external reasons. Sometimes they are accompanied by an excessive feeling of fear, groundless anxiety, mental escalation of dangers, anticipation of threats and other unpleasant manifestations.
Such symptoms indicate increased anxiety, which can subsequently lead to painful pathologies.
Signs of increased anxiety may include conditions such as:
feeling of insecurity, weakness, dizziness, increased sweating, rapid heartbeat, fatigue, inability to sit still, impaired attention, decreased performance, inadequate self-criticism, difficulty communicating, increased irritability, muscle tension, insomnia, obsessive fears, etc.
The causes of increased anxiety can be different: psycho-emotional stress, nervous disorders, serious illnesses, hormonal imbalances, alcoholism and others.
