Holyhead has a lot to offer its not just a route to ireland with a few churches there is a lot of history a roman fort where st cybi's church is. There are bronze age burial sites and iron age settlements . There is also Bryn Celli Ddu on Anglesey a ancient burial mound there is a lot of history on holy island and anglesey and many books to teach you about it . Also Welsh is a Celtic language as someone has also pointed out before.

Seeing as your stay was short. You did not experience the TOURIST attractions that we have. The Breakwater / Country Park, and South Stack, as well as the Coastal Paths surrounding these area's. Though Holyhead itself doesn't offer much, a majority of the people who live here, obviously wish that the Town did offer more in a lot of ways, but! There are far worse places that you could visit. We are the Gateway to Ireland, which in itself assists Tourism. OH! Thanks for getting my Van in your Video! @2:25

Lovely video. Holyhead is not a great place to visit but Wales is very beautiful, if you get chance you should go back and visit. I recommend Conwy, a beautiful town with an ancient castle.

@1:35 Small correction / adjustment. It's not the shortest distance to Ireland from Britain, but it is from Wales.

Indeed. Welsh is a Celtic language but not Gaelic. The Celtic languages are broken into two main groups: Celtic and Brittonic. CELTIC: Irish, Manx, Scottish. BRITTONIC: Welsh, Cornish, Breton.

Welsh is not a dialect of Gaelic!!! What ignorance! It is more related to Cornish and Breton than to Scots or Irish Gaelic or Manx.
