Hey Janine, I hope you have a wonderful holiday weekend. Wanted to let you know I’ve been jumping rope since the new year and even though I’ve not lost weight yet I definitely feel like I’ve lost inches and reshaped my abdomen. You are the best!!!

I never use to take recovery seriously until I pushed myself too hard and ended up hurting myself. I couldn’t workout for almost 6 months and gained a bunch of weight which also made me depressed. Now I am better but I make sure to take active recovery days and get massages/acupuncture. It has helped a lot and I feel much more like myself. This is an important topic and I am glad you made a video about it.

I’ve been really into yoga lately and I can’t even tell you how much less sore my body feels. At first I was even more sore until I got use to it but now I feel great.

As a trainer, I can attest that red light therapy can be a very powerful tool for reducing inflammation and increasing blood flow to heal injured areas. I have never seen this particular device, but it is definitely worth checking out. I’m also a big fan of cryotherapy. Hope you’re having a great memorial day weekend beautiful ❤

I stretch before and after every workout. It definitely helps me avoid injury. I suggest everyone gets into the same practice

Oh yeah they have those at home cold plunge tubs now I’ve seen them on insta not cheap but definitely makes it more accessible than having to go to a spa or something

I’ve been doing cryotherapy once a month now and it has really helped. Just make sure to go to a reputable place if you do the booth since it’s very important they monitor your body temperature closely. It works wonders though.
