Wonderful and funny sketch. They knew how to do it authentically. Perfect costumes. How they stayed in character without breaking up with laughter is beyond belief. I loved the Two Ronnies and miss the entertainment they gave us for many years.

Having seen footage of the real Mrs Mills, I must say R.B. does pass as her double here! I heard somewhere he said in an interview he was not all that keen dressing in drag. This alone showed his devotion as an entertainer. Thanks to them both, may they R.I.P.

Whenever you see the credits, look out for Gerald Wiley, The pen name of Ronnie B so that when they made script selections nobody knew it was his writing so they chose his work solely on merit! When they were active, there were two pairs of absolute geniuses (sorry for the bad grammar), them and Morecambe and Wise! As a compparison, both pairs did a brilliant send up of Mastermind. Watching both together is a real treat!

Barker is pretty agile in those spikes .Man he was the best chameleon ever its amazing when you consider he didn't do one character over and over but was a different person with a different accent every time he performed

Brilliant! But then what do you expect when its the 'Two Ronnies' The script can not be bettered and the acting is superb. You watch one and you think 'This is the best!' then you watch another and you think 'This is the best!' What chance do modern attempts at comedy have against this!
