I agree 100%! I think our generation overshares and when we do and get backlash we put ourselves in a position to feel like we have to defend it and step out of alignment with God...this goes both ways, with good stuff and bad. I see it in Christian couples as well. Someone once said; if you don't want people to talk about it, don't share it. We thank God for wisdom🙏🏾

I can not stand get togethers with other women that bash their husbands. I used to join in on those conversations at the beginning of our marriage but God did eventually convict me and I steer clear from getting close with women that are like that.

My pastor said something just now that really resonated with me "It's only the Lord that sees you." I've been praying about making space for myself and others, and I've been experiencing some physical symptoms due to my health- and as a result of course some ppl who aren't used to it may not understand that. Hearing my pastor say that made me realize its not about who does or doesn't 'see' me, because God sees me. Of course that helps me not take on offenses/ burdens. It's all His.
