Just FYI, if you're buying Korean foundations/concealers, the trend there is brighter (whiter) skin, so you'll rarely find anything in a warm tone or anything that will oxidize.

@@geministargazer9830 Most shades come in a yellow, pink, or straight up gray undertone. Most big-name Korean beauty brands will probably carry something pale enough, although if your concern is finding a creamy white, your best bet is to just mix a white concealer into your best base product.

These type of products work surprisingly well too 😁 similar to an eyebrow powder I would say... little waxy.... but man, they make your hairline look bomb- and cover thin or bald areas. It’s almost taboo to talk about it, but I can verify these work great I suffer from hair loss and it can be devastating. These products do WONDERS for self esteem!!! I’ll have to check this brand out! The ones I have easily available are soooooooooooooo expensive. I’m always looking for comparable products which are more affordable 💜

Unless it's translating darker on camera, that foundation color is perfect for you. You're probably used to getting too dark of foundations, but this matches your neck perfectly and other than that too pink blush, it looked really nice. :) Also your hubby is such a good sport, lol. I've always wanted to try those hooded eye strips but it's just too much work and effort so I'll just have to deal with my lid curtains. 😂

That foundation actually looks like a good match honestly idk if it's coming off darker on camera but it matches pretty accurate. Maybe you just are use to using a darker color but I think it looks like your skin color and looks good. I am a Japanese girl who likes Japanese and Korean cosmetics and I watch American KZbin videos for fun and learning English. I also like the Skinfood buckwheat loose powder! As for foundation, Missha cushion foundation (Korean) always get a good review. Regarding the foundation shade, Korean foundations tend to be really pale that almost look gray, but it seems to be a thing in South Korea. As far as I know, they rarely have a bronzer. Some products in this video had a Japanese or Chinese characters on the cover. (I confirm Skinfood, innisfree, etude house are Korean. I humbly assume that the eyelid tepe was a Chinese product and the mascara tool was Japanese? I may be wrong though). I am not blaming or trying to be mean or anything. And it is not just you. Quite a few KZbinrs from the US and Europe say "so here is a korean product" with a Japanese product in their hand. I am sorry but, I personally do not really like to see East Asian things being treated as if there is only one culture in the East Asia. If you don't want to look ignorant (to East Asian audience) , maybe you can do even more research. If you don't care about these differences and being "knowledgeable" about that, that is okay. Thank you for reading until this point. Lastly, please allow me to talk about the eyelid tape, because you seemed to like it. I am not sure if they are available on the website you normally use, but there are several kinds of products like that, at least in Japan (we are obsessed with big eyes). 1 Silicone glue -- the glue becomes solid and it pushes up the skin. 2 thin tape --- sticky thread squeezes (?) in the skin and creats the crease 3 glue that is like eyelash glue --- it literally glues the skin together ( practice is probably needed ) 4 Bandage-like tape --- people usually put it before eyeshadow I think the product you used is a better version of 4. Ok so I am an total Estee Lauder double wear fan. But this year, when I was getting my makeup done in Korea for a bunch of stage work, this foundation LASTED FER FEREVA. I got my makeup done at like, 7:30 AM and this lasted on my face under hot stage lights and running around in Korean summer humidity until like, 9 PM. At first I wasn't blown away either. I love when you and Nick and the kids are in your videos and I usually get turned off by that stuff. You guys are so great together. 🥰 I love the glass skin stuff. I got a bunch of Danessa Myricks stuff. I’d love to see you work with her stuff to get the shiny look, following some of her techniques. She has a gloss you can add anywhere and it makes eyeshadow look so cool, but also her pigmented blush/eyeshadow/lipstick tubes are crazy pigmented. Its one product and you just pick the color. You have to use so little! But I found her when I was looking for something to make my pat McGrath eyeshadow actually stick to my lids and she has a colorfix set and seal. Maybe you could figure out how to show us how to use it w/PM shadows? Keep up the great work!

I went to the Asian Market and they had a makeup store. It was a lot of fun. I didnt know what half of it was but it was fun to look. I found some moisturizing lip masks that I couldn't find at Ulta anymore and you get a lot more for your money. Maybe try your local Asian market and look around. It would be fun for a video or see if you got some fun products! ❤
