Thanks and great to hear! Honestly catching bait feels even better than catching the pelagics because it's the difference between it being a fishing trip or just a paddle for exercise

Brotha, you one of the best kayak fishermen for sure and love your videos. I'm watching from Guam. Here opelus are very hard to find. I can catch akule, but I haven't caught a yellowfin. Can, you catch them on jigs and what depths do you focus for yellowfin? Thank is advance!

Thanks man! The yellowfins here bite jigs when they're schooling around the FADs which are anchored in thousands of feet deep. The ones I go after don't seem to be very interested in jigs. Usually I find the deeper reef edges from 240-450 feet deep and that's where both the opelu and the yellowfins will be. I'm sure it varies depending on your local fisheries though. Tight lines 🤙🤙🤙
