2 yrs ago I said this is the house for me now, since it's back up I've realized it won't fit my needs now. Awesome all around beautiful but the one thing I would change is that fire place blocking your view from the entry I would relocate it.

ALOHA Mike, enticing property. I wish you had taken an overhead view of the lower reaches of the property, detailing the plantings on the borders of the expansive lawn there. Also, I noted 2 large ground mount solar arrays on the slope directly south of the Hale; are they operational? A lot of panels just to heat up a pool I think. Anyway, Mahalo for another Ono Video!😍👍

Nice catch. Those are for the pool, and it's those plastic black matts with tubes. The sun heats them up and that heats the water.

I keep coming back to this house, what about solar panels? Water supply, is there a cistern? What about outside shower? Aside of master bathroom bathtub- I would make several changes, bathtubs out.

County water, solar can be added, and you can add all the showers you like!

I see a lot of maintenance Mike. Maybe in future videos you can help us with an idea of how much it would be. I mean cleaning that house, lawn mowing, gardening, pest control, tree trimming, and pool maintenance. Chemicals for pools tripled in price in the main land. Probably in the $1000 range per month.
