Love the layout and overall design of the house, very comfortable, yet upscale feeling. Only thing I'd change is in the upstairs suite. While that bathroom is great, I think you could still have a big and stylish bathroom but allocate a bit more space to a walk-in closet. It's the only thing lacking in that suite.

We stayed in a rental at Keohou Estates at Xmas 23 and I think it must be the same builder as the features were very similar with the recessed lighting and lots of wood trim. We had the separate master suite with art niche too, I really liked as a feature. This house is a solid build.

Mary Poppins house: "Practically perfect in every way" my questions: Solar PV? if not I would add. I would also add an out door spa tub, To take advantage of that view. Needs an out door kitchen? Is there yard space below? I was thinking fruit trees? But yeah. I don't think I would every leave....
