I usually do not like the modern style of homes, but I will admit I absolutely love this place. The architect/ builder did not miss a thing. I watched the video twice because it felt like I missed a bunch the first time through.

Growing up on big island … it’s crazy to see the changes. I remember fishing in front of that house 4 or 5 times when it was just empty lots. I always thought who would ever live there. $10 mil … wow. It’s been 20+ years and still not all the lots are developed yet.

Things definitely change but some things change slowly. The county works really hard to make it difficult to build houses- unless you're rich.

The Miele coffee maker is an incredible thing. It's built in and it makes the best coffee. And Miele will come out and service it. Have them do the ovens and the plate warmer at the same time. It's a day you will remember.

Just WOW, Mike. I love the big floor tiles. That is a really nice look. And the cabinets in the kitchen are "off the charts". never seen so many "chiller drawers" But well organized use of space. The kids place under the stairs is a great touch. Just Over the top. Nice BIG pass through window from kitchen to out door bar-b-q? Love the hidden TV in the bed rooms. ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTELS! For 10 million, i would like to see a personal beaches with adjusted terrains, and it's better to be located on Oahu, Big Island is a place if u want to find out 'serenity', but Oahu is the place of balance between 'productivity', nature and hanging out together.

The water all over the inner courtyard looks very attractive but is very inconvenient for everyday use. Especially when someone starts to be a bit more advanced in age. 😕 I think that the future owner will have to bear the cost for a very quick reconstruction of this part of the house.
