Yeah, many street interviews recently just harass people with inappropriate questions and treat them like props. If this format is to happen, it’s best that, in advance, people give their permission and are told what the questions will be like.

I get that these people are adults in public so consent isn't necessary for them to be filmed HOWEVER just because it's technically legal doesn't mean it's ethical.
