I already asked someone in the comments, but does it have an ece 22.06 tag stitched to the chin strap? If so, what does it say? I was able to track the only ece document they offer to a mulan helmet. It's made by ys helmets. FF928 is what it's called, and it is 100% the Hax amatista.
