Hello there, its Luke and Kaitlyn from Endless Seas Fishing. Welcome to our channel. We head south of Mackay in this episode and launch the tinny at Hay Point. We head out to a couple of channel markers for the coal ships, we intend only to collect bait but the big fish come on the bite and Kaitlyn shows me how its done! Hope you enjoy.

It is a funny thing fishing in Mackay. Talk to the old timers, they wouldn't go out in anything less than a 6m boat and 5-10 knot days Yet here you are killing it in a tinny. Nice work!

Hi mate, not sure what the leads are? There are 4 or so channel markers on your way out to the islands. Thats where we are fishing

Get yourself a sabiki rod lot better for getting bait

Are they the ones where the line and hooks travels and stores inside the actual rod blank to prevent tangling on everything? Might have to pick one up
