Diamond trevally is nice, give one a go smoked. Would probably make good ceviche as well. Never eaten cobia, interested in how you prepare it.

Nice Tim! Thanks for the heads up, I will have to seriously give it a go. Ive been meaning to purchase a smoker for a while to try all sorts of species smoked starting with spanish mackeral. Cobia is beautiful prepared almost any way 👌🏽
