It was an easy install for me as well. The only suggestion I have for the manufacturer is to provide 9cm bolts instead of 10cm. I found that the longer bolts protruded too much at the bottom, for my taste.
@maidenstrat14 жыл бұрын
Done mine and found the bolts were too long, kept hitting the frame(two of them) had to remove and cut them down a bit. Sorted now and a more comfortable ride as you say. Happy riding peeps...

I noticed in the video, the front 2 bolts appeared to be too long.....I'm glad you were able to correct !!! Now, I'm wondering will it work on 2020 HayaBusa????

@@Thelonewolf1154 cant see why I won't really... long as the spacer fits the frame correctly you should be fine. Made a better riding position for me too

Why do all these guys insist on wearing gloves ? Not even mechanic gloves. Use your hands you muppets. Looks decent riser though 👍

hi, good video. did it affect your fast idle/choke cable when turning bars
@pmp69726 жыл бұрын
Damn right that height would affect cables. I put on a set of helibars that gave me 1/2 inch in height and I had to re-route my choke cable. Even with that if the bars are completely to the right the choke is ever so slightly engaged. I look forward to the answer. I’d like to see the installation on a stock untouched bike then without edit see the bike run and taken for a ride without touching the cables. Excuse the skepticism and no offence intended sir but this view is based on a much lower rise and it once again affected my cables.

Was thinking about doing mine I enjoyed your video it will probably handle different. Not sure if I should Not sure if I should
@Adikxx Жыл бұрын
Bike will handle exactly the same as you are not changing anything that affects handling such as tires, shock or forks. Nor you're changing bikes weight or wheelbase). It will just be a little more comfortable.

Can you get 40mms extension for a 2014 hayabusa ? As I've looked around and can only get 10mms to 27mms if I'm correct. Would the kit you used in this video grit my 2014 model?

Hi bud, gen 1 kit won't fit gen 2 as the yokes are different but there are 40mm risers for gen 2.
